Chapter 14:

The three didn't talk during breakfast, there was too much on all their minds.

Louis called Lottie over to show the police her photos before he got their while Harry was in the other room talking with Gemma.

"So when did you get a boyfriend?" Gemma asked.

"Oh um you remember Lottie?, well it's her brother, I started liking him when I was 15, a couple months after you left, that's when it got worse at home so I went to her house."Harry said with a sad smile.

"I'm sorry I left H, it was hard, you look a lot like mum and I couldn't handle it, every night me and dad got in an argument so I left, I didn't know this was going to happen."Gemma said sadly.

"It's fine I'm just happy your here now."he smiled at his sister.

Louis soon walked in with Lottie behind him, she ran to give Harry a big hug and then turned to Gemma and Smiled.

"Hey Gem."Lottie smiled at her. Gemma smiled back.

The four sat around the kitchen table and tried to make conversation, but it was hard.

Soon their was a knock on the door and they knew who they were.

Two hours went by and the police left with Lotties phone, so they could make sure the pictures were real and they set a court date in a month, it was a couple days before Harry's birthday. Gemma decided she will take Harry in to her home since she's older then 18 and is a relative, she decided to move back into the house before the court date so when it happened she'll be there, but if their dad goes to jail Harry will move in with Gemma, he will do online school and graduate without his friends.

Louis was very sad when he heard the news, he needed Harry by him all the time, but it was going to be hard since he was going to be transferring into a new university because he got a scholarship for football.

That night Harry cuddled into Louis as he fell asleep at ease, while Louis was wide awake with thoughts flowing through his mind, he was scared to loose Harry more then anything. He finally went to sleep after a couple of hours.

1 month later

It was the day everyone was dreading, the court date, Harry didn't talk to anyone all day, he got ready in peace and wanted it be left alone, Louis was scared that he was loosing him, but he understood that Harry needed a moment. Lottie was helping Jay get everyone ready at home, Harry wanted them to be there because they were like his family.

Gemma was packing and getting ready, she knows that her dad was going to jail, so she started packing some of Harry's stuff, that made Louis sad, he now knew that Harry was going to leave for a while and he didn't like that.

"Hey Haz ready to go?"Louis asked softly to Harry who was sitting on the couch staring at pictures of before his mom died.

Harry only nodded and stood up, the three made it to the car, as much as Louis wanted to cuddle and hold the boy he just knew that wasn't what Harry wanted, until Harry grabbed his hand and pulled him into the back seat with him, where he laid he head on his shoulder. Louis breathed in the sent of his boyfriend to calm him down.

Soon they got to court Harry went into the room to talk to his lawyer while the others waited for Jay, Lottie and Fizzy, they decided to leave both the twins at home so they wouldn't disturbed anything.

It was long but luckily by the end of it they said Harry's dad was guilty and would be put in to jail for around 2 years.

Everyone was happy for Harry, Louis almost forgot about Harry leaving....almost.

Louis never left Harry's side for the rest of the night, because he knew by morning Harry would be leaving.

Finally everyone decided to go their separate ways, Lottie was going to sleepover Harry's, Louis wanted to go, but Harry never asked him too, Lottie even thought it was weird. Harry hugged Louis and gave him a tight smile, you could see the sad look in Louis' eyes when Harry didn't kiss him, it was oozing out of him spilling on anything it could touch, Harry backed away, it looked like he was trying to escape the sadness.

Lottie and Harry hung out all night and finally Lottie brought up Louis.

"You know I'm shocked you aren't with Louis right now."Lottie said with a forced laugh.

"Yeah, well maybe I wanted to spend time with my best friend."He said with a nervous chuckle.

"You know, I know you're lying right H."Lottie said giving him a look.

"Ugh fine, I'm not with him because then I won't get my heartbroken when he leaves me or when I say goodbye, see if I separate myself knowing I won't see him it won't hurt when he ends it because he will, he deserves someone so much better, someone who is stable and has a family, not one who has a dead mom a dad in jail and a sister who was M.I.A for a couple years."Harry said with a fake smile.

"H, he's not going to leave you, he cares too much, he was heartbroken when you didn't kiss him, he's scared that you're letting him down easy."Lottie said with a simpatic look.

"No, he will trust me."Harry said, mostly to himself.

"Harry Edward Styles if you don't think my brother doesn't care about you I'm throwing you out of this house, H he cared so much, he was with you when times were at the lowest, he's been texting me all night to make sure you're ok see."Lottie said showing Harry her phone. He took it and saw all the messages Louis sent.

Big bro🤍: How's Harry?

Big bro🤍: he's ok right? Please tell me he's fine.

Big bro🤍: Is he leaving me? Lots I don't know what I'd do if he left, Lottie I'm scared please tell me he's fine.

Big bro🤍: he's not answering me, oh god is he? Lottie please tell him to answer me I'm scared.

Big bro🤍: LOTTIE I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DON'T ANSWER I'LL DRIVE MY ASS DOWN THERE!

Big bro🤍: Sorry for that I had a panic attack and got scared with the 'what if's' but tell him if he is breaking up with me to not let me down easy just do it, I don't know if I can handle it but I'll try.But let me know if he's ok?

Big bro🤍: sorry for bugging you how you lot had fun...

Harry was shocked to see how Louis truly felt, he didn't know what to say, soon he felt his cheeks get wet and realized he was crying.

"See H he needs you, so go, go be with him tonight, you've had enough time with me go cuddle him."she said with a smile.

Harry nodded his head and left the house, he was driving to Louis, all he needed was to be in his boys arms and he was going to do just that.

Hi sorry I haven't updated in a while had a busy couple of weeks but I just got some good Ideas for this story and I have the rest planned out only a couple more chapters! I hope you enjoyed-L❤️ :))
