After the loss of Shinkansen Middle School to the Prodigy's school, (Y/N) left without everyone knowing where he went to. Only the school officials and his family knew where he is but didn't say anything to anyone. Neither his 'friends' nor his classmates know anything.

(Y/N) on the other hand, he was actually in a far place and enjoying his time alone. It's been a month since they lost and he left. He was on his 'vacation' and continuing his studies through online, sending it to his professors and also with the help of his family.

He was in America.

Well, he just needs to take a break to. . . actually to nothing. He just felt on living in America for now but he will still gonna go back to Japan. He was planning to go back before the summer break ends and before his high school days start.

Now, he was just watching some guys he didn't know, play in the public court near his home. He knew that they played every week base on the people talking as he overheard their conversation.

'Hmm... both teams are not bad. Especially the emo guy with black hair and the one with split eyebrows.'

Both teams have their own strong player that goes to fight with each other. The one has the eyes of gray-black, and he has slick, black hair and one longer side-swept fringe that covers his left eye. He has a mole under his right eye.

And the one on the opposite side has two-toned dark red and black hair and red eyes. His eyes are pointed and narrow and his eyebrows are quite thick and split in two.

'They're both great but it was obvious who stands out more.'

He was actually interested in those two on how they play, especially to the one with red hair.

'He reminds me of that tanned blue hair guy from the generation of miracles, though I think the latter is much stronger than he is.'

"Kagami!" One of the said person's teammates shouted and pass the ball to the red-headed male.

The red hair caught the ball and immediately dunk it to the basket as the people defending the ring failed to block it.

People shouting and laughter can be seen and heard as the Kagami's team won. The other team, on the other hand, seems like they didn't mind it at all. They are all smiling but some are disappointed.

The black-haired guy walks out from the court, Kagami walks after that guy and it looks like he was chasing him.

(Y/N) let out a sigh and made an unnoticeable smile.

'That was one a hella good game for my first time watching it. And definitely interesting players.'

He walked out of the court and was planning to go home. He noticed the two people talking, but not sure if they really are just talking to each other.

He realized that it was the Kagami from an earlier match and the black-haired guy. But he didn't eavesdrop on their conversation for it was not his business. He just went straight to his home and thinking that it's been a long day for him.
