”Im home!” i said making my dad rush to the front door.

”You're home? Here, i have something to show you” he said pulling my hand towards the dining table.

”See, you're so cute!” said dad excitedly while showing me pictures of me when i was a little baby.

”Just look at your cheecks, they never change” said dad again pinching my cheecks  and laughing really hard.

”Look! My daddy is so handsome back then” i said while pocking his stomach making him laugh harder than before.

Suddenly, dad has to answer a phone call and he keep saying yes and okay. When the call ended, he immediately open the door and greet a middle aged woman that known as.. my dad's sister and also my aunt.

”Y/n, greet your aunt” said dad showing my aunt's existence. I immediately go upstairs not greeting her because everytime i see my aunt, my heart aches.

”Sorry, she must've been tired from school”

Flashback.

2 days after dad's accident.

”No, please give me the insurance money. My brother left that money for me and not you !”, i heard a familiar voice on my way to the kitchen.

”If you take that money, how can my family survive? I have two children to take care and i dont have any money” said my mom crying and begging for justice.

I just stood there while crying because i dont know what to do and felt sorry to mom at the same time.

As soon as i arrived upstairs, i open my diary since i dont use my phone that often. I started to write something and without knowing, my eyes started to tears.

To dad :
After you gone, mom is having a really hard time. She started doing part time jobs and arrived home in the midnight. Meanwhile, i keep asking her for money to buy books for my studies. She keeps smiling and say its okay multiple times. She's so strong, isn't she? Dad, i want you to know that im really happy to meet you again.

”Kim y/n! I keep calling you but you're still sleeping! Get up now and eat your breakfast, you'll be late!” shout mom from downstairs.

I told mom that i dont have any appetite and goes to school as usual but my body feels different and my throat hurts so bad. I lay my head on my table and immediately fall asleep.

”Y/n, can you follow me to canteen? My friends are not here yet and i haven't eat my breakfast” said donghyuck wanting me to follow him. I was about to get up but my head feels dizzy and i dont feel my body immediately.

Donghyuck's pov.

I was walking on the corridor and sees y/n alone in her class. If i ask her to follow me to the canteen, will she accept it? I better ask her in person.

I tried to wake her up but she didn't do any response. In my second try, i managed to wake her up but she look sick and her lips is so pale. She's sweating a lot and i think she's having a fever. I wanted to help her stand but she fainted right after that. I immediately bring her to the nurse. They told me to wait for y/n to wake up since its not too serious.

Y/n's pov.

When i opened my eyes, i saw donghyuck sleeping beside the bed that im sitting. I tried to escape but he woke up as soon as i move.

”Are you okay? What about your head? Your fever?”, said donghyuck asking me multiple questions at the same time. I honestly dont know which one to answer.

”My head feels a bit dizzy but im okay—” i said but he's just too stubborn.

”Okay, I'll ask the nurse to give me some medicine. Wait for me okay?” he said and rush to the door heading to canteen.

”Wait, what about you? You said that you haven't eat you breakfast, is it?” i asked making him returned to my bed.

”You're more important than my own self”, he said with his red cheeks and rush back to the corridor.

”That's actually not in the plan”
