We all were happy to see her improving on her health in some way we all will understand. She has now been transferred to a normal ward and she no longer need oxygen mask attached to her for breathing. We are now allowed to visit her but only at certain times. And this was my time to visit her. It's been so long since I have at least looked at her not from a distance. I missed her so much. As I stared at her, I felt so many emotions running through me. I went by her bedside and hold her hands which was attached to things like glucose and medicines. I smiled as I felt her warmth passing in me from the hold. "Why did you do it?" The words came in whispers, which I didn't meant to be. "You promised me, didn't ya?" I asked when I felt a tight hold on my palms which was holding hers. I shook it off, it is all just a feeling. I tried to make myself understand. But it was too strong for a feeling. But... No, this ain't a movie for that to happen. I cleared myself. I looked at her. The peaceful face of her, resting, with no wrinkles, just like a baby she slept. I smiled. "I love you" I whispered and gave a small peck on her forehead and was about to leave when I noticed it. There were water on her cheeks. or maybe..... tears? I looked at her face, my forehead wrinkling. Why was she crying? Or if she is crying, can she hear us? Or she might be allergic to something in this room. But whatever it was, I knew it is a good sign. "Madison" I called out loud. "You are going to be okay" I said to her, a great wave of pleasure washing me. "MADISON?" I kind of screamed, which I didn't meant to. The door opened, a woman in a white dress came. She was a nurse. "Sir, I am sure you are aware of the fact you are in a hospital" she said. I looked at her, with a great deal of confusion. "If you wanna call a doctor or nurse, you can use this remote..." her voice trailed off when she saw Geneva. She quickly pressed a button in that remote and in an instance Madison with a few nurses came. They looked at her with a weird expression on their faces and Mady started to give commands to the nurses. She came near me and asked curiously "What did you said to her?" I gulped. I didn't wanted to tell her but I knew I should tell her because she was a doctor and I want Gen back to life. After making her promise that she wouldn't tell anyone I said everything what happened from the second I entered the room. And without any intention, I slipped out the details of the feeling that she squeezed my hands. When I finished, Mady patted my back and asked me to wait outside. I went outside to be received by a number of questions on why Madison and nurses came into the room in such a rush and why did I screamed for Madison. I slowly explained everything, skipping the parts of I love you and small peck of course. They all seemed to be happy as well as excited when Mike asked me to come with her to buy snacks. As we were walking she asked in a 'duh' voice, "Did she really cried when you said bye and was about to leave. I ain't that stupid to believe that, so tell me what really happened" I stopped in my tracks turning to face her in confusion. A mischievous glint was visible in her eyes. "I don't know what you are talking about" I asked in the most possible innocent voice. "Don't give me that and tell what happened" she replied and after a long time of pressuring, I gradually gave in when she gave the puppy eyes. I really hate when people do this. It's really hard not to give in when someone look at you with that look unless and until you hate that person so much. I spilled the beans and when I stopped talking she looked at me in an awestruck way. We laughed and got back with some chicken and veg rolls.
