this is gonna be a fluff story and like a "first date" with them two.

This is probably like the college AU from the Kiki and Shaking ship story from a while ago.

I'm getting these amusement park ride names from online.

I actually really liked writing this story since she's a long story today 🥺
I think this story plot was good 🥺

Kiki's POV

Today was finally the day. I've waited a whole week for this and I've been so excited. Last week I gathered up the courage to ask Lingzi out in a date.

This is gonna be our first ever date together and I decided why not go to the fair?

The fair was going to be open by the weekend so why not go together for a date.

It was around 10:29 am and we're going to spend the day at the fair. I heard my phone notifications going off so I went to go check who messaged me.

"Good Morning! I can't wait to spend the day with you. ~🦕"

I felt my heart flutter.

I really am excited.

I couldn't wait to go pick her up.

"Morning Lingzi! I'll be heading over to your house at 10:35. See You Then!"

I was wearing a pair of pink shorts with a black belt, a black shirt and a blue and whites striped button up shirt as a jacket.

I grabbed a bag, my phone and keys.

I walked up to my car, unlocked it, and drove to Lingzi's house.

Lingzi's POV

I'm really happy she asked me out on a date last week.

I've liked her for a very long time now so my heart felt incredible.

I texted her that I was excited for the day we would spend together today.

"Morning Lingzi! I'll be heading over to your house at 10:35. See You Then! ~🦊"

I check the time and it was 10:30. I remembered she didn't live very far away from me so I decided to put on my shoes and wait outside.

I was wearing a purple t shirt with acid wash jeans and a white baseball cap.

I walked out my door and locked it.

I stood against the curb waiting for Kiki to arrive.

Kiki's POV

I pulled up to the front of her house to see her waiting at the curb.

She walked to the other side of my car as I unlocked it and let her in.

"Hi Kiki!"

"Hey Lingzi!"

We waved at each other.

"How's practice been lately?"

She buckled her seatbelt and I started to drive to the fair. It was around twenty minutes away so we could talk to each other in the mean time.

"Oh, practice has been pretty good. We have been doing pretty well. I miss you during rehearsal though."

I felt her shift her hand onto mine that was laying on the stick shift.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't feeling too well for the past week but I'm doing much better now! R&B All Night will see me very soon. Haha."

"Hopefully. Everybody misses you."
