i dont know why but i happened to turn on xavier week's "TEAM" but the intrumental version and this is ExCaTlY how i imagined kasumi waking up and starting her day so if you wanna go check it out and listen to it while you read the beginning of this, feel free to. now on to the  b o o k ! :)

the heat from the sun coming in from the window warmed my eyelids as i started to wake up. today's a fresh new day and i'm ready to start it. i mean, i'm finally at my dream school and i get to play baseball here. AND i have already told two people about my secret and they seem to love the idea of having me on the team. knowing this really helped me start my day. 

i stretched and got out of bed. i wanted to go for a quick run before i went to practice so i slipped on some shorts and a t-shirt and went out. 

after i was finished, i came back to the dorm and changed into my seido uniform i got yesterday from rei. i have to admit, i look pretty good as a guy. if there was a guy out there who looked like this, you best bet i'd be at the bottom off a cliff falling for him. 

after i finished changing, i grabbed a granola bar and headed out for the inside practice field, since it's the first day of practice and we have to introduce ourselves and what-not. i took a lap around the school this morning to locate everything, so i know where it is. 

while i was walking, i felt someone beside me. i looked up to see two familiar faces. 

"jun! yuki-kun! what are y'all doing?" i exclaimed while smiling, happy to walk with someone. 

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! WE'RE GOING TO PRACTICE JUST LIKE YOU!" jun screamed, clearly being sarcastic. 

yuki just shook his head at jun, cleary not enjoying the screaming at 6:00 in the morning. 

i looked at jun, baffled. 

i know he didn't just scream at me like that, right?

i jumped on his back and made my up to his shoulders punching him as i went. 

"OW OW OUCHHHHH!!! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT FOR?!" jun yelled at me. 

"BECAUSE YOU JUST SCREAMED AT ME FOR NO DANG REASON! THAT'S WHY, YOU IDIOT!" i screamed back. finally i made my way to his shoulders and sat down, pulling his hair. 

"STOP SUMI! THAT HURTS!" 

"NO! THAT'S WHAT YOU GET!" 

yuki just laughed at the sight and kept walking towards the indoor practice field. i was just too lazy to get down, so i stayed atop my brother's shoulders while still holding on to his hair. it was almost like i was driving a motorcycle. 

"awwww jun, your hair is way softer than what you would think~" i said, wanting to annoy him. 

"shut up sumi." jun said while grabbing my legs to make sure i wasn't going to fall off. 

a third hand joined my petting session. i looked down to see yuki petting jun's hair. 

"kasumi-chan is right. your hair is much softer than it looks." yuki said ruffling his hair. 

"SHUT IT TETSU! NOBODY ASKED!" 

we finally made it to the indoor practice field and everyone looked our way. we weren't late, right? no. why are they all staring?!
