Logline
Story takes place in 2003. A detective has to track down a murderer who's targeting a young girl, who he has to protect from them. The detective knows that the murderer used to be a friend of theirs, but they have to overcome that they aren't the same person anymore.
Main Characters
Philip Collins - The MC, 32 years old. A detective who's been in the job for about 10 years. He's been assigned with finding the murderer, as well as protecting Morgan.
Alice Norea - The murderer, 30 years old. ???
Morgan Branch - The next victim, 21 years old. She's not a damsel in distress by any means, but she knows that she can be easily overpowered and outsmarted by Alice.
Sara Garcia - The side character, 31 years. On the court task force (it's basically just finding and putting together evidence for court cases), normally works on divorce cases, which has made her more of a grumpy person
Andy Locke - The sidekick, 27 years old. People call her "intern" so that she "knows her place in the office"
