SARA
"Get up."Philip was laid face down on the old, musty couch in the break room. Sara had an annoyed look on her face as she blew her hair out of her face, revealing her light green eyes. Philip sighed deeply, still laid face down.
PHILIP
"I'm awake, I'm fine."His voice was muffled through the couch.
Sara furrowed her eyebrows.SARA
"Oh c'mon, we have work to do already."Sara walked towards the coffee machine. Philip slowly lifted his head, his hair covering the annoyed expression on his face.
PHILIP
"Can you calm down? I've already got a headache to deal with."SARA
"Calm down? I just had to explain to *your* boss why you were late to your meeting and you want me to calm down?"Philip stood up on the couch, moved the hair out of his face and laughed.
PHILIP
"Sorry I couldn't make it, I had something to solve other than some divorce case."SARA
"That's because I take my cases seriously, unlike someone."The coffee machine beeps and Sara goes to go get a cup. She sighed and poured coffee into the cup.
SARA
"Look, you may think you know what you're doing, but I'm sure you don't. I'm just trying to help you, so don't blame me when you pass out on the couch again and end up without a job."She handed the coffee over to Philip and smirked.
SARA
"You like black coffee right?"He looked at the cup and gave a half smile.
PHILIP
"I guess I do now."
