"Hold up... he's you're twin?! But he's an asshole." Gianna was shocked. "Sadly but proudly." Jax responded with a small chuckle. He was beautiful as well. But there's something about his brother that attracts Gianna to him.

Why was she into mean Assholes?

"Are you new here? I'm pretty sure I would've recognize that beautiful face of yours." Gianna blurted. She felt her cheeks heat up, she was always one to say what's on her mind.

"In a way, yes, we just moved from Italy." He responded. He found the girl amusing, the nostalgia hit him hard.

He had to know this girl.

"Holy cow! You don't seem to have an accent." The girl furrowed her eyebrows together.

"My ancestors were originally from there. But my family, we were Born and raised here. Trust me, I've been here forever." He chucked awkwardly. Something about his joke made Gianna actually believe that he's been here for ages.

"Why did you decide to come back? I would give anything to go to Italy." Gianna admitted. She has never been anywhere except her home town. She would get out of here in a heartbeat.

"It's....... complicated." He responded rubbing the back of his neck. "Do you need help getting to your classes?" Gianna asked him. "Yeah actually, I was heading to the office for help." Jax responded.

"But the office is that way." Gianna replied pointing behind him. "Oh..." His voice trailed off.

Strange.

"It's okay, let me see your schedule." The brunette changed the subject, grabbing the paper from his hands.

"Wow, we have almost every class together. Except for 9th period." She smiled, which was the only class she had with Olivia. "Come on, I'll help you, that is until 9th." She responded.

Jax seemed like a good guy. She was sure he'd need help and a new friend.

"Thanks." He smiled as they began walking to their first class. "You seem like the guy to do sports, you play football?" Gianna asked randomly.

Jax was almost speechless, the resemblance, speaking whatever that's on her mind. She was just like her.

"Any sport actually. Me and my brother are trying out after school." Jax responded.

"My twin brother is trying out also, i think you two would get along." She admitted, she was sure of it. "You have a twin too? It's a blessing huh." Jax smirked at her. Although inside he was relieved she did.

She just kept reminding him of her.

"They say our twins are our first and last relationship, life and death." Jax continued. "Like a blessing and a curse, huh, but why did it have to be with him." She sighed dramatically.

Earning a laugh from the boy next to her, she looked up at him and smiled at the sight. His laugh was contagious, she had never felt that way before.

Jax Russo might just be the death of her.

It was crazy, she was sure she's met him before. Perhaps it was someone else he reminded her of, someone Gia is trying to hard to remember right now.

But it all came up blank, she was thinking of someone that probably doesn't exist. "This is going to sound crazy, but I feel like I know you." Gianna blurted out.

Jax gulped, though he was sure she doesn't know him. He thought he did, but she's thankfully a whole different person.

"Maybe because I'm so fun to be around." Jax lifted a brow, with a cocky smile plastered on his face. "You're so cocky, that's a red flag." Gianna rolled her eyes as she thought about his smile.

My lord, his goddam smile.
She wondered why she hadn't met him before.

"I didn't get your name by the way." Jax rubbed the back of his neck.

"I'm Gianna Veranova, my friends call me Gia."

<lunch>

"Can we please talk about how hot those twin brothers are!?" Natalie blushed as she sat on the table with her lunch plate. She couldn't stop eyeing the new guys.

Gianna noticed they had gotten close to Gio, so they sat by him at the table along with Jackson and the rest of the football team.

Gianna turned and looked at Jax's twin brother. Who was still scrolling through his phone. She thought he looked like an asshole.

"Don't bother with the one with the ear piercing, he's an ass." Gia rolled her eyes, popping a fry in her mouth.

"What!? You've met them already?!" Natalies jaw dropped.

"When you guys ditched me and left me to deal with Jackson." Gianna glared at her. "I would've stayed with you. I'd gladly beat him up." Olivia popped her fingers.

"I'm done with his cheating, I'm done with his lying." The girl sighed. "Then end it with him, Jesus." Natalie blurted. Gianna ignored the blonde.

"Anyways, how did you meet them?" Olivia asked.

"After my awkward moment with Jackson. That asshole was leaning on my locker. He wouldn't budge and all he did was stare at his phone. Then he left and his brother came up to me." Gianna explained.

"Jax is such a sweetheart. Don't bother with his other brother." She sighed. "So that's his name, I like rude and mysteriously sexy guys. I'll give it a shot with the mean one." Natalie drooled as she couldn't keep her eyes off them.

Gianna rolled my eyes and continued eating her lunch.

<9th period>

"Do you think they're cute?"

Gianna was resting her head on her hands, her elbows suddenly hurting at how much weight she had on them.

"Why do you ask?" The brunette questioned. "Why so tense?" Olivia teased. "Yeah I think they're cute, so what?". Gia asked. "Nothing, why are you so mad?" Olivia cocked an eyebrow.

"I'm not liv." The brunette sighed. "You won't be after we see them try out. Imagine them shirtless?" Olivia sighed fantasizing. Gianna looked at her in disgust.

"You're dating my brother you whore." She shook my head. "You're right, me no lookie." Olivia nodded. Gianna let out a giggle, her bestfriend and brother were so cute.

"I hope you brought your Pom Poms."
