You were sleeping in Neil's arms, but something wakes you up.
Your phone was ringing.
"Yes??" You said with a low voice
"I...I don't find Shaun" It was Dr. Glassman, his voice was cracking and seconds later he started to cry
"What are you talking about?" You said and got out of bed slowly so you wouldn't wake up Neil
"What should I do ?" Glassman said.
"Nothing, ugh... Aron, I hate to tell you this but, Shaun is an adult, he can make his own decisions." You said and Glassman took a minute to say something.

You were arriving at the hospital with Neil holding your hand until you heard
"Dr. Melendez, I have a case for you" Dr. Andrews was walking downstairs towards you and Neil, so you stop grabbing his hand
"The schedule is pretty complete today," He said, Neil didn't like what Andrews told you because obviously you told him
"Is a patient of mine, she needs a kidney transplant?" Andrews said
"You have a donor?" Neil asked
"Identical twin, perfect DNA match," Andrews said
"Why is she a patient of yours?" Neil asked
"I put a tissue expander under their scalp to prepare them for the expansion surgery," Andrews said
"A separation surgery ?" Neil said kind of shocked, You decide to leave Neil with Andrews and went to your locker

You put your uniform and walk to the nurse station when you saw Jared and Claire flirting.
Then Neil arrived.
"Where's Murphy?" Neil said
"He is not here yet," Claire said to Neil
"Bad day to be late we will lack hands," Neil said while writing something in a paper
Neil explained the procedure of the in craniopagus twins.

"No, not with Shaun, it's a family emergency, he is gonna be out for a few days," Glassman said, Neil was about to interrogate a bad liar (Glassman) so you decide to make a move, you slide your hand near Neil's crotch and he got distracted.
