Hi, everyone! In a stunning turn of event, your favorite author here got a puppy???? And that's why I disappeared because I had to go to another state to pick him up and then actually, I don't know, get puppy supplies while my state is still in Coronavirus lockdown, and I had to do things like vets and teach him to not run in the street. So then I disappeared, got a dog, finished the longest paper I've ever written, and now I literally just got a free hour to write. Did y'all know puppies spend all day jumping around and hardly sleep at all? I didn't.
Anyways, I have exciting news! I am going to finish the MoF chapters in my one-shot book this week - I have 6 left so we'll be done by Saturday. More importantly, I am going to be posting to Lost in Translation on Friday! There's 3 chapters left in this book. I made it significantly shorter than the other ones I've worked on, but I already have an idea for a new book with a more Tony-centric view when this one is done... Which brings me to my next announcement!
My dog's name is Toby, and he's named for someone very specific. I'll give 3 clues and whoever can guess the show the character is in, within the next week, will get either a sneak peak at the Lost in Translation chapters coming up or hear about the new book before I post anything about it - and give me any feedback they want for me to incorporate into the new plot.
Clue 1: It's a show that came out in 1999 in the US.
Clue 2: I'm a political science major in school. Most of what I watch and read has to do with that, besides Marvel of course.
Clue 3: One of the most popular quotes from this character is: "I'm going to make a suggestion which might help you out, but I don't want this gesture to be mistaken for an indication that I like you."
Have fun guessing!!
