Clay and George were sprawled on the couch in their shared living room. It was pouring with rain outside, and that mixed with the cold air in their small house made it hard to want to do anything.

"Claaaay," George whined, "what do you want to doooo?"

Clay just chuckled inwardly. George was so impatient, always wanting to keep busy with one activity or the other. Clay was content to lie on the couch with his best friend all day, but he too was finding himself getting antsy with boredom. Suddenly, he got an idea. He smirked softly.

"NICK!?" Clay yelled, making George jump a bit from where he was sitting.

"Dude, what the hell is wrong with you?"

There was amusement and annoyance in George's voice. Clay doubled over and clutched his stomach, high pitched sounds coming out of his mouth. The two paused to hear the response from upstairs. Instead, they just heard the increasing volume of the song "I wanna see some ass" coming from the speaker in Nick's room. Clay grunted and pushed himself off the couch.

"Fine, I'll go up and get him myself."

Clay took the stairs two at a time, reaching the top and turning left to reach Nick's room in seconds. He knocked on the door loudly.

"What do you want? I'm streaming."

"Come downstairs, George and I want you to help us with something."

"You're so annoying. Fine, I'll be there in a second."

Clay waited outside the door for Nick to wrap up the stream, and when he opened the door, the taller man practically ran down the stairs, with Nick following. Nick saw George still flopped on the couch and glared at him as if he was the one who forced him to leave his stream.

"What? It's not my fault this idiot decided to drag you down here. He hasn't even told me what we're doing."

Clay laughed and a grin slowly appeared on his face. "We're going to bake cookies!"

Nick's face lit up instantly. "Can we make double chocolate cookies? Those are my favourite."

"I-" Clay shook his head. "No, I want to make sugar cookies."

Nick pouted and crossed his arms. "But those don't have any chocolate in them!"

George spoke up then. "Alright, guys, I think we should just stop arguing and make oatmeal raisin cookies."

Clay and Nick both stopped to look at George in disgust. Clay made a retching sound, and Nick started giggling uncontrollably. Clay went into their kitchen to get all the ingredients for the cookies, with Nick and George following close behind him. "So what kind of cookies are we actually making, Clay?" Nick demanded when Clay put the butter on the counter.

"Sugar cookies, obviously." Clay shot back, a smile in his voice. George turned to Nick and rolled his eyes, causing Nick to start giggling again.

"Wait!" Clay took out his phone and began typing.

George sighed loudly. "What is it now?"

Seconds later, Nick and George both got notifications on their phones. It was a tweet from @DreamWasTaken: about to bake cookies with two idiots. let's hope they don't get them burned.

George scoffed and shook his head, while Nick narrowed his eyes at Clay. "Oh, it is so on."

Clay cut the butter and softened it while Nick got the rest of the ingredients and George preheated the oven. George came over to where Nick and Clay were hovering over the bowls just in time to see Nick pour the sugar in with the dry ingredients.

"What are you doing?" George shouted, causing Nick to spill more sugar in the bowl than he intended.

"What do you mean?" Nick's voice crack had Clay laughing. "I'm helping make the cookies!"

George gaped at Nick. "You're not supposed to put the sugar in with the flour, it goes with the butter." Clay had tears running down his face. "It doesn't even matter that much George." George sighed in frustration and left to prepare the baking trays. Clay heard his phone ring from the counter and ran to see who it was.

Caller ID: BadBoyHalo

"Guys, Darryl is calling! I'm putting him on speaker." Clay answered his phone and put it on the counter so that they could all talk to him.

"What kind of cookies are you muffins making?" He asked, excited. Nick and George responded "Sugar cookies" at the same time and heard Darryl gasp over the phone. "I love sugar cookies! You have to bring me some when you're done. I don't have a lot of time to talk cause I'm about to record a video with Zak, but did you remember to chill the dough for at least an hour before putting your cookies in the oven?"

As Darryl was saying this, Nick was opening the oven to put the cookies in the oven, not chilled. Clay looked over and snorted. "Sorry you were cutting out there, the connection is really bad in our kitchen. Thanks man good talk now bye!"

He hung up the phone and the three of them fell into fits of laughter. The cookies went into the oven and the timer was set for ten minutes. The three went to the living room and fell on the couch in front of the TV. Nick turned on his phone and started Chromecasting Youtube onto the TV. Clay and George looked at him quizzically, and then at the screen as a video from a channel called Space Croissant started playing. The video was titled George and Dream Being Adorable - Favorite Livestream Moments.

Clay chuckled. "How have we never seen this before?"

Nick was shocked. "Are you kidding me? I watch Space Croissant all the time! They have to best compilations and are really wholesome. Anyways just watch the video and you'll see."

Dream: I need love and care.

George: Well you're coming to the wrong person for that.

"I remember when you said that I was so close to laughing," Clay admitted with laughter in his voice.

"Yeah well, I felt really bad about it afterwards," George said, embarrassed.

"Dude, I know it was just for the camera, we're cool. I love you."

"I love you too."

Nick looked revolted. "Alright, well that was disgusting. I'm gonna go check on the cookies while you two make out or something." He got up and walked to the kitchen to see how the cookies were doing. Seconds later, Clay heard a groan from the kitchen and turned to see what was going on. He looked just in time to see a dark brown cookie flying at George.

"We burnt them, you idiots!" Nick yelled, but he couldn't help finding the whole situation hilarious. He brought the rest of the cookies in from the kitchen. They were burnt, but delicious none the less. The three spent the rest of the afternoon devouring the cookies and watching every one of Space Croissant's videos.
