The sun keeps shinning bright.
The Moon keeps glowing at night.
Pretty Birds chirped happily and flew across the blue sky.
But, why does my heart still feels so empty?
Why does it feels so dead inside?

Its been almost a year now since Sarawat passed away and Tine is still sitting by window, waiting for him to return. The tears in his eyes almost dried up, but still, Tine kept waiting by the window as if he was hoping for that certain someone to graze his presence.

The noise outside the window couldn't break Tine's blank stare, which kept looking at the same direction for how many days no one knew. His thumping heart could be heard clearly by others, but except for Tine.

It seems like, Tine didn't want to live any longer, but he was still living, because Sarawat had made him promise that, whatever happens, Tine has to live no matter what. Even if it hurts him, he has to keep on living. It was an final order from Sarawat and Tine couldn't defy it.

Tine was dying inside everyday, but he still treasured his late boyfriend's wish and he kept living, more of like a lifeless statue. Tine's heart had died long back along with Sarawat.

The breezy wind blew outside the window, swaying Tine's bang on his forehead, bringing back those sweet memories of his past. A sweet smile appeared on Tine's lips when he remembered about those times with Sarawat.

He remembered, how the other would nag him all the time and Tine would pretend as if he wasn't affected, but inside, he was laughing.

Sarawat and Tine were like a pieces of puzzle. If one looses, everything gets messed up. They were like a single souls trapped inside two different bodies.

Tine was so lost in his own world and didn't hear the door opening and closing behind him.

"Tine, do you want to have lunch now?" It was Fong's voice.

Tine didn't look at Fong who had lunch tray on his hand. When Fong saw that, he just sighed and made his way towards the table beside Tine and placed the lunch tray on it.

Tine was still looking outside, silently.

Fong shook his head again and walked towards the other. Tine looked really pale as if there was no blood left in his body. His eyes looked tired as well, but those eyes never stopped gazing outside the window.

Fong gently placed his hand on Tine's shoulder and that somehow made Tine to turn and look at him.

"What are you looking at?" Fong asked, trying to start the conversation, but Tine didn't say anything and just looked outside again, making Fong to curiously stare at him. Fong looked outside to see what Tine was gazing at and saw only bunches of trees, some houses, and a few vehicles running on the road. Nothing new.

He then turned his attention back to Tine and sighed. This guy.

"Tine" Fong called, but Tine didn't answer him. He was still lost in his own world. His eyes looked sunken, because he didn't sleep for so many nights. It seems like Tine had forgotten how to sleep after Sarawat left.

"Tine" Fong called again, but Tine still didn't respond. He was still staring blankly and that made Fong somewhat angry. He couldn't take it any more. Those lonely gaze, those withered expressions, those silence of Tine, was killing Fong's patience.
