Chapter 4

Jade made her way back to Outworld, she saw the sun was almost about to set. "Oh crap." Jade said to herself quietly, she walked into the castle, she told the guards where she had gone. She walked onto Kitana's throne room, Kitana was pacing up and down nervously in front of her throne chair. Jade walked in, Kitana caught a glimpse of Jade and jolted her head in her direction."JADE!" Kitana yelled, she ran to hug Jade, Jade hugged back, Kitana shook a little."Where were you, I was looking for you for hours!"

Jade:"I'm sorry Princess, I was visiting Cassandra Cage at the Special forces base."

Kitana:"Still, you could've told me you left!"

Jade:"Forgive me princess."

Kitana hugged Jade again, resisting the urge to try and squeeze Jade in concern."Jade, next time, tell me where you're going, I don't want to loose you." Kitana said stroking Jade's face with the back of her hand. Jade smiled and pushed her head towards Kitana's hand, Kitana didn't know what she was doing, but went through with it. Afterward it was nightfall, the two woman wanted to go to bed."Jade!" Kitana yelled, Jade stopped walking and turned around."Yes Princess?" Jade asked, Kitana blushed till her face was red, she hunched up pointing her two index fingers together, to create a shy look."I don't want to sleep alone tonight." Kitana said stuttering, Jade smiled and grabbed Kitana's fore arm, dragging her into Jade's room."Come on Princess." Jade said getting comfortable in the bed and patting the empty space, Jade's heart was racing, Kitana climbed into the empty space and instantly fell asleep against Jade's chest. Jade shook and her heart pounded next to her friend, Jade was afraid to cuddle Kitana, incase she found it weird or woke up."You'll never know how much I love you Kitana." Jade whispered before finally drifting to sleep.
