Chapter 5

(WARNING: SELF HARM)

The next morning, Jade was out of bed before Kitana got up, all Kitana felt was a gust of cold air next to her body. She frowned at it and got ready for the day, Jade on the other hand was practicing or mustering up the courage to talk to Kitana about her feelings."I'm hopeless." Jade said to herself, she felt her heart ache."What's the use, my feelings will never be returned with Kitana, she loves Lui Kang, not me." Jade cursed to herself, she felt two tears stroll down her dark skinned cheeks, she felt so scared to tell Kitana, incase it would brake their friendship. Kitana found Jade curled up in the corner, she ran to Jade's aid, she saw Jade just staring at the wall in front off her. Tear stains trailing down her cheeks, pretending that she never saw Kitana next to her."Jade, what's the matter?" Kitana asked worried, Jade looked up, she saw Kitana's worried look, the green woman got up and walked away. Kitana was there watching Jade walk off, she was too worried about her best friend, but she also needed to tell Jade somthing she was scared to confess... Her love. Jade felt horrible for leaving Kitana like that, she told every gaurd to not come in her are around her room. The green women then sat on her bed and broke down, her sobs could be heard for miles, she sealed away the tower, just to have space to cry. Kitana was walking towards Jade's room when one of her guards stopped her in her tracks."What is the meaning of this?"

Gaurd:"Commander Jade said that she doesn't need anyone near or in her room."

Kitana:"What."

Gaurd:"She never said anything about you entering her room Kitana Kahn, but I don't think you should."

Kitana scrunched her nose and clutched her fists in frustration."Why not?" She said calmly but in a angry voice."You know how Commander Jade is Kitana Kahn." The gaurd said to her, that angerd the princess, the gaurd finally moved out the way for Kitana to walk towards her friend's room. Jade was still sobbing but this time she got depressed from feelings of regret, and past losses and experiences came haunting back into her mind. She had blood trailing down her arm from the cut she made with her razor rang. Kitana knocked at the door incase Jade was just asleep, Jade heard the knocks and got scared."Whoever it is, I told you I wanted to be left alone!" Jade spat, Kitana on the other side of the door thumped her heel on the floor in frustration."Jade, it's me Kitana." Kitana reassured, Jade looked at her arm."What have I done?" Jade whispered to herself, she finally opened the door for Kitana and immediately ran back to her bed."Jade, what is the matter!?" Kitana said worried, Jade looked down, not wanting to make eye contact."Nothing Princess, I'm fine." Jade said scared, Kitana grew furious again."Jade stop lying!" Kitana yelled, she got on the bed with Jade and looked her straight in the eyes, making Jade unable to look away, Kitana's soft hazel eyes were too beautiful to look away from. Kitana held Jade's arms only to feel wetness, Kitana got startled for a moment and let go, Jade's heart raced. Kitana looked down at her hand to find crimson red blood tainting her white skin."Jade, don't tell me you." Kitana murmured, Jade started crying again and turned her arm around, revealing almost 5 cuts on her arm. Kitana cupped her hand over her mouth she looked at Jade with splashy eyes."Why Jade?" Kitana said sniffing, Jade looked at her friend who was distraught at the moment."I'm sorry for not telling you Princess, these past few  months, I've been feeling broken, I don't know what to do about it." Jade said feeling horrid,  Kitana hugged her."Then you tell me! I don't want to loose you again Jade." Kitana replied hugging tighter, Jade felt stupid now, she returned Kitana's hug, Jade hugged her for some time, only to find that Kitana had fallen asleep, she lay down with Kitana on her bed, looking at her curiously."I love you Kitana." Jade said before falling off to sleep with Kitana.

*this chapter is stupid, soo please don't @ me, I didn't know what to do with this chapter and went with my gut. But anyway, I "hope" you liked this character atleast ;^;.*
