As Y/n walked with her boyfriend down the beach after a long walk there. She was complaining that her feet were hurting from the shoes she was wearing. She watched as her boyfriend dragged her across the sand and off to a secluded place where there was a nice picnic area set for the two. She clasped her hands over her mouth.

"Erwin, it's beautiful! Absoulutely beautiful." She said as she walked with him there. "Nothing can compare to you, my love." He said. Y/n blushed as she took his hand and sat on the blanket. Erwin pulled out some expensive wine and champange. Y/n clasped her hands over her mouth once more.

"Erwin! You really didn't have to do this just for me." Y/n whined. Erwin sighed as he pulled her into his lap, having her lay her head onto his shoulder as they watched the sun set in the distance.

After the sun had fully set, Erwin had Y/n remove herself from his lap and look out towards the ocean as he pulled a small black box from his pocket and bent down on one knee. He struggled to get the box open. He finally got the small box open and got the attention of his girlfriend who was wearing a (f/c) dress and had her hair pulled back so it twisted at the sides and pulled together in the back. She quickly turned after hearing the struggles of her boyfriend trying to get her attention.

"Y/n, we've been together since the year after you joined the scouts. If I'm being honest, when I first met you in the underground, hell when I first heard about you, I couldn't help but to fall head over heels in love with you. And when you ran into me, I couldn't take my eyes away from you. I couldn't even move. And when my eyes met those beautiful (e/c) orbs you have, it was like an ocean. An ocean that I could swim in forever, and still never find and end. Your hair felt like silk when it touched my skin for the first time. I wished I could just run my fingers through it forever and never get tired of it. Your skin was something my hands longed to touch. To feel everypart of your body, feel your skin against mine as I held you tightly. Your hands, I wanted to feel them around me, holding mine in your own. Your fingers running through my hair as we slept. Your thin fingers finding their way to my hair when we make love. Your lips touching mine and letting out beautiful sounds when we make love. The laughs that leave them when we have fun on dates and such. I love everything about you, and I want you to become my wife. So, Y/n Y/m/n Y/l/n, will you marry me?" Erwin finally asked as Y/n broke to her knees in tears.

"That was so beautiful. How could I say no?" She said as she threw her arms around Erwin and kissed him passionately. "And why wouldn't I marry you. You've been with me for five years! That's a long time for someone to put up with my bullshit." Y/n said as she laid her head down on Erwin's shoulder. Slipping the ring onto her finger. She pressed her lips against his cheek once more before admiring the ring that was placed onto her hand. It was a diamond surrounded by (gemstone) and had a gold band that held it all together.

"This ring is absolutely stunning. Not to mention beautiful." Y/n said with a small smile. "But nothing is as beautiful as you, my love." Erwin said as he wrapped his arm around his lover. She smiled in return and settled into his lap. Erwin pour two glasses of champange and handed one to Y/n. Their glasses clinked and they both took a sip. The two watched as the moon slowly rose to take the sun's place and the waves came and left.

Soon after, they decided to head back to their home. Both feeling very tired from the day that was now behind them. Y/n was the first to fall asleep, but quickly had a nightmare.

~Nightmare~

Y/n found herself back in her younger, teenage years. A man came up to her. Grabbing her wrist. "Hey baby, why don't you come home with me? I can show you how a real man treats a woman." Y/n's hand reached for her knife. "No thanks. I don't want someone who treats me like a fucking toy or an object. So leave me alone." She said as she ripped her arm away from him. He grabbed her arm, but tighter this time. "Ow let me go!" Y/n screamed as she struggled to get free. "No, baby, you're coming with me." He said lowly.

"LEVI! LEVI HELP ME PLEASE! PLEASE LEVI!" She screamed as she was dragged to a the man's home. Levi heard her screams of agony and quickly ran to find her. The man had taken her to his bedroom where he had stripped her of her shirt, pants, and bra. "STOP! LET ME GO!" She screamed. "Nobody's going to help you baby. Nobody at all." The man said as he removed her underwear, leaving her defenseless against him. "HELP! PLEASE! SOMEONE! ANYONE! PLEASE! HELP ME!" She screamed as he unbuckled his belt. Sliding it out of the loops on his pants. He then removed his pants and all that was left was his underwear. "PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP ME!" She screamed before Levi finally broke down the door to the room. He pulled out a knife from behind him and grabbed a blanket for Y/n to cover herself with. "Are you okay? Did he touch you? Did he hurt you?" Levi asked as he pressed the blade against the mans neck. "No, but he had intentions to." Y/n explained.

Levi pressed the blade against the man's neck until he couldn't breathe. Blood was trickling down his neck and onto his shirt. Before Levi finally removed the blade. "I'll make sure you pay for even thinking about doing that to her." Levi said lowly as his hand made its way to the other side of his neck. His hand moved quickly and he slit open the man's throat. Blood gushed all over Levi's body and face. He cringed at the blood and waited for Y/n to quickly get dressed. "Come on. I know you want to get cleaned up too. Let's get back before anyone else tries to burn down the house. Specifically Evian and Isabelle. I don't trust those two together.

Y/n had just finished getting her clothes on. "Alright. I can agree with that. But, anyways, thanks for coming to save me. I don't know what I would do without you." She said as she hugged him. "Your brother asked me to take care of you. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. Especially since I don't plan on breaking my promise to you or him." Y/n smiled. "Thanks Levi. I appreciate it." Y/n said as she hugged the man standing near her. Suddenly the male next to her grabbed the knife in his back and stabbed her.

"Long live the King." He hissed as she fell to the ground and blood pooled around her wound.

~Nightmare Over~

Y/n woke up screaming and panting. Erwin held her close to his body as she cried. "Nightmares again?" Erwin asked. Y/n nodded as she clung to his chest. She finally calmed and was able to sleep again. Erwin watched as her chest rose and fell slowly as she hugged him tightly.

~Timeskip~

Y/n awoke to feel the prescence of her fiancee gone. 'Fiancee, sounds so weird. But, at the same time, it's nice.' She thought as the twisted the ring on her finger. She grabbed a sweater and slipped it onto her arms and pulled it on completely. She kept one hand on the rail as she walked down the stairs. She found Erwin in the kitchen trying not to burn himself or the food. Y/n quietly giggled and walked over to Erwin, without him noticing. She hugged his waist and kissed his back.

"Good morning, love." He said as he kept his eyes on the food. "Need some help with that?" Y/n asked. She kissed his cheek as he handed her the pan and spatula. "How are you so good at everything? I mean, you're better than me at literally everything." Erwin asked as he sat the island. "Well, I'm not good at everything. But I am good at most things. But you, you're good at loving me, you're good at being you, you do what you can do and that makes you special." She said as she slid some food onto Erwin's plate. She leaned over the island and kissed his cheek. "Not to mention, you're better than me at social interactions." She said as she took a bite of her food. She quickly got done eating and put her plate in the sink. She walked out of the kitchen and peeked over at Erwin once she got to their room. She slipped off her clothes and put on a different outfit. She then went back downstairs and rested on the sofa, grabbing her book and propping her feet up on the sofa's arm.

She eventually fell asleep and rolled off the couch. Erwin was dazed and didn't notice that she was in there until she fell. Erwin jumped from his seat and rushed over to her to find her still asleep on the floor. He sighed and took her upstairs where he changed and fell asleep with her.
