Why do I like it so much? Its. Fricking. Exquisite. Its so well-written, and the characters are well-rounded, as well as accurate. There are kids in it, and not only do they speak like their actual ages, but they also act like it. Paige, the mastermind behind the book, has put a lot of effort and research into it, which makes it that much better. Overall I find it realistic, and just. I don't know, I love it. :D
What is it about? It centers around Dean Winchester, a musician who has recently been 'allegedly' arrested for drugs. He goes to live with his brother, Sam, to help care for his kids, as well as take some strain off of Sam, since his wife recently died. In doing so, he meets Sam's neighbor, Castiel. They hit it off and Dean finds himself attracted to Cas, but can't really act on it since Cas is currently dating someone else. Dean basically has to find out how to take care of kids, and deal with a hot neighbor, all while figuring out where he'll get his next fix.
Rate it: Absolutely an 11/10 so far. Its magnificent, and I would definitely recommend it.
Did it make me cry? Not yet, but it might. Theres still a chance. And there are some feels in it, so theres that as well.
