chapter twelve • ❤️

knock knock knock...

"hmm, i wonder who that is?" dad questions.

"no don't open it!" lisa and i yell in unison.

"there's a vampire at the door!" lisa yells.

my parents laugh as dad walks over to the door. he opens it to see jeon jungkook standing on the opposite side...

CONTINUED...

"ah- i am sorry to pop up- i just need to speak with y/n." jungkook looks wide eyed at me past my father.

i watch as my dad looks towards lisa and i, without words to say. he nods his head indicating me to walk over to them. "are you two dating or something?" he questions, looking closely at jungkook and i.

"n-no sir- we- we just-"

"we aren't dating, dad." i say.

  "oh... well okay. don't be too long, we are about to cook." dad walks back into the kitchen.

  i step outside and close the door, "what is it?" i question.

  "about what you heard earlier, i just want you to know that i'm here to answer all of your questions... i am going to be here for you, always..." jungkook places his hand on my cheek.

  "i..." i begin to say something but i lose my train of thought.

  all i could look at was jungkook's lips and how they looked so soft. "y/n?" his voice was a whisper now. "hm?" i look up into his eyes.

  "can i kiss you?" he asks, licking his lips quickly.

  i nod, "yeah."

  now both of his hands are cupping my face as he leans into my lips with his. at first we kissed softly and he pulled slightly away to get my reaction. i wrapped my arms around him now, pulling him in for more. jungkook glides his tongue along my lip and i let him enter my mouth. we kiss with tongue passionately, it was the first time i'd ever french kissed before. for a moment things got really heated and we were breathing heavily, but jungkook ended the kiss by pulling away.

  i watched as he gave me a sly smirk before turning away and dashing off into the woods. i felt the same adrenaline and ran back inside all the way upstairs to my room where i jumped on my bed and squealed loudly.

  when i finally calmed down, something caught my eye. it was a small, pocket sized book of some sort on the floor by my window. i pick it up and examine the brown leather cover before realizing it probably fell out of jungkook's pocket. it had a capital "j" engraved on the front and the detailing was unlike anything i'd ever seen before. i decided it might just be best to set it on my desk until i saw him again. it would be wrong to just snoop through his stuff.

  i sigh, realizing how much i really wanted to read the contents of the book now. without hesitation, i pick it back up and open it...

i'm sorry to cut this chapter short, especially since i haven't updated in a while.. but trust me, what i have in store for this book will trip y'all out 😂😂

the next chapter will be longer since this one was around 400/500 words... i try to make the longer chapters at least 1,000 words AT LEAST i think i've had one that was close or right at 2,000... anyways..

chapter 13 is going to be a banger bc SECRETS ARE COMING OUT YALL!!!!

just a little hint in advance, y/n is actually in love with taehyung...........

anywho. i made this a/n much longer than i anticipated but- THERES NO GOING BACK NOW HAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
