You have finished your night routine and was just fixing your bed when a knock resounded in your room.

You walked towards the door and swung it open, your eyes widened at the sight of Yoongi.

He's topless but was less exposed because the bandage was covering certain parts of his pale skin.

You immediately let him in and guided him to your bed, "Why didn't you wear a shirt, ruby?"

He frowned, "Ruby?"

You pointed on his hair and grabbed your blanket as you wrapped it around his shoulder.

"Are you numb? It's obviously cold!" You scolded him and sat beside him, leaving space in between.

He sighed, "I'm sorry for what I've said, I didn't think and was frustrated because you knew that it's dangerous to leave this place then why are you so stupid to actually throw yourself out?"

He started babbling which made you pout, "Hey, I didn't know what I'm doing because I was frustrated."

Yoongi frowned, "Why?"

You reached for the drawer beside him as you unintentionally lean to his chest which made his breath hitched.

"My parents sent me a letter." You said and opened it then handed it to him.

He reaches for it and read quietly, "I like your parents."

You glared at him which made him chuckle and placed the letter back in the drawer.

"Look, are you scared being here?" You were surprised on how serious he looked, unlike the usual him who always give you mischievous smirks.

You slowly nodded and your eyes widened when he suddenly placed his hands on the top of yours.

"Everyone in here does, Y/n. When we first arrived here, we felt the same feeling as you. Don't force yourself to trust us because we will gain for it. I promise you that we won't let you feel uncomfortable and scared."

You stared at each other for a while before smiling, "Thank you, Yoongi."

He nodded and let go of your hands, "I wasn't mad because I saved you and my scars opened. I was mad because what you did was suicide."

You couldn't come up with a reply as he stood up and ruffled your hair before walking towards the door, "Goodnight."

*

You felt like it has been decades since you had a good sleep like last night.

"Good morning, Y/n!"

The sunshine– Hoseok, greeted you with a heart shaped smile when you stepped inside the dining room.

You smiled back at him, wider than your usual small smile and Hoseok was taken aback.

"You look more beautiful when smiling."

Jungkook appeared on your side and winked at you before proceeding on taking a seat.

You took a seat in between Jimin and Yoongi which stunned the rest.

"You're good now?"

Namjoon nudged Taehyung who couldn't help but to voice out his question.

You're about to answer but Yoongi beat you to it, "Yeah."

Everyone's eyes almost popped from their sockets when Yoongi suddenly flashed a gummy smile.

"Cute~"

Jin couldn't help but cooed as Jimin, who's sitting on your left giggled.

"Let's eat!" Namjoon announced, obviously relieved and happy that Yoongi followed his advise.

But he couldn't help but to feel like he's not close to you and only talk to each other about school related stuffs.

That's why he's now standing in front of your room, debating if what he's about to do is the right decision.

He ended knocking and waited for you to open the door, "Namjoon!" You greeted and smiled.

Namjoon couldn't help but to smile back, "Can you join me in the study room?"

You nodded, "Sure! Wait for me." You're about to close the door but Namjoon stopped you.

"Yeah?"

"And uhh, you can call me Joonie."

You stared at him for a while before nodding, "Okay." You closed the door and changed into better clothes and went out as you two headed to the study room.

"Do you know a guy named Yangyang?"

Namjoon frowned and opened the door as he let you in first before tailing behind you and closing the door.

"Yeah, but he only stayed here for 5 months. Why?"

"He... He went here the night I ran out, my parents sent me a letter through him."

Namjoon's eyes widened, "Well, we didn't know how he was able to leave the castle without being chased by the monsters and he's not telling us why."

"He told me that night to hurry up, everything has its limitations."

"Is that a clue?"

The two of you stared each other and your eyes growing larger every second.

"He's telling us to hurry up because..."

"There's a limitation?" You added, frowning. "That doesn't make sense."

"Maybe it does. We don't know if there's a specific year before we die here because we haven't found the book yet."

"Should we look for Yangyang to help us?"

Namjoon sighed, "He doesn't attend school that often."

"Then, we have to look for another clue or try to reach Yangyang out."

"Yeah, let's do that."
