Tony:
He made you a suit and when you first tried it on it spoke the words "will you marry me?", you took off the suit and saw Tony on one knee with a ring.
Steve:
He did a traditional way of proposing and took you to a nice restaurant and proposed.

Thor:
He took you to Asgard and showed you his kingdom before taking you to the highest point in the castle with the best views and proposed.
Peter Parker:
Once year after you guys finished high-school, he took you to a firework show and got Tony to make a firework that spelt out "will you marry me?".
Clint:
He did it really casually. You guys were lying in bed, cuddling when he just asked you: "You wanna get married?"
Natasha:
You guys were training and she pinned you down on the ground and whispered "You should change your last name to Romanoff" before smirking, getting up and walking away. (she got me SIMPING)
Pietro:
He picked you up and ran you to a jewellery store. "Pick a ring and I'll give it to you as long as you promise to love me forever"
