— It's Just A Nightmare —

There is one place at the House of Lamentation that you considered as your favorite spot, you always like to go to that place whenever you're bored or when you just want to kill some time.

And that place was the balcony, it was your favorite area aside from your own room. The view in there was really so damn amazing, especially when it's night. The night sky here at Devildom was really beautiful.

When you first arrived here at the Devildom, you did take a look around the whole house. That's when you discovered the balcony and since then, you're always at that place when you have free time.

Just like now, you're here at the balcony. You just stared at the starry night sky, so really beautiful. You hugged yourself as you felt the cold breeze of the air, lucky that you're wearing your jacket right now.

You got lost of track in time, but you can say that it's pretty late now. You should go back to your room and sleep, but you don't feel like it. You don't want to sleep yet.

You inhaled and exhaled as you looked at the sky, you don't really how long you've been here and staring at the sky. It's just that, when you're at this place, you really feel so calm and relaxed.

The beauty of the sight makes you forget all your worries away. You won't deny it, even though you're at Devildom, the school here was just the same with the schools in human world. Very stressing.

"[y/n]...?"

You turned around and faced the demon who called your name. You smiled when you saw the blue haired demon with a bit white highlights in his hair.

The seventh and the youngest among the demon brothers, Belphegor, the Avatar of Sloth and one of the seven rulers of hell. Such a powerful demon, just like his other brothers.

"Hi, Belphie!" You greeted him with a smile, "What are you doing here?" You asked.

Belphie sat beside you as he also stared at the night sky, "I should be the one asking you that, [y/n]," He trailed off as he glanced at you, "What are you doing here? It's pretty late already. You can't sleep?" He asked.

You nodded, "Well, yeah, I'm not yet sleepy. And besides, I'm still enjoying the mesmerizing view over here." You smiled and then glanced to the town from afar.

"Oh, I see." Belphie nodded and he hugged his pillow, the soft pillow he always carry in his hands.

You glanced at him, "You can't sleep too, Belphie?"

It took seconds before Belphie replied to your question, "Well, just a... nightmare." Then, he looked away and sighed.

"What was your nightmare all about?" You asked him.

Belphie shook his head, "I... I don't want to talk about it right now..." He answered in a low tone of voice.

You gently pat his back, "It's okay, everyone had their own nightmares too. You're not alone." You smiled at him, "But... you should overcome your fear, Belphie, your fear about the nightmare. So, it won't bother you anymore."

Belphie smiled for a bit and nodded at you, "Yeah, you're right but..." He trailed off and sighed again, "It's not that easy, [y/n]."

"Yeah, it's never been easy to overcome your fears." You agreed as you smiled, "It's just funny to think that the Avatar of Sloth, Belphegor, has his own weakness." You said, mocking him for a bit.
