In Lypera, things comes at a price. You want ancient artifacts? They probably come with a curse. You can turn into a bat and can hypnotise people? Well, then you burn in sunlight and need to drink blood.
Accordingly, being a mage comes with great responsibility. For one, mages are forced to detach themselves from all their loved ones and expected to stay away from anything political. They must be neutral, however if somebody is endangering people's life or, say, nature, they must select a chosen one to deal with this issue.
And so it happened that a novice mage who had seen great danger in his visions, visited a new chosen one in a dream. However, novices often have issues with appearing to quite who they want to. In this case, five people had the same dream and now four people who aren't the chosen one are journeying around believing they are. Say they were to meet... How would they know who was the true chosen one?
