I'm going to assume they mean by like the scariest one when they say worst so I'll say when pennywise killed Patrick. That scared the shit out of me. When the balloon popped and he was just kinda..there. it gives me chills to think about becuase I hate jumpscares😂 but for some reason I love horror😂.
