As i finish applying my eyeliner, i notice a small note sticking out of one of the drawers, a drawer i had never really opened whilst i had been staying with Perri, not that i could remember anyway.

Curiousity gets the better of me, and i walk over to it, tugging my hair into a soft braid behind my ear in the process, finalising my look. I open the drawer and see my own handwriting sprawled across the top of it, my eye's scanning it briefly, before i finally pull the paper from the drawer, my mouth opening slightly, re-reading each word twice, making sure i understood what i was reading.

I place it in my pocket, shaking my head, as i grab my phone and my car keys, and job out of the house, i didnt want to be late to my first date that i knew of with Perri, but i now had several questions spinning around in my head, did i really not know anything?

Third Person's POV;

As Ava drove to the studio, her playlist from her phone was playing through the speakers, the song's lyrics making her drive slower, taking in the words.

'i found a guy, told me i was a star, held the door held my hand in the dark and his perfect on paper but his lying to my face, does he think that im the kind of girl who needs to be saved..'

Ava sighs to herself, taking her hands on the steering wheel and tapping them on it to the beat of the song, humming along to the melody.

At the studio Perri was sat in the corner of the chill out area, Ashley and Jordan talking below, but thier conversation wasnt something he was interested in. Perri's eye's scanning the tiktok feed he was scrolling down, nothing in particular catching his eye, until he stumbles across a male playing the guitar, the music filling his air pods.

'Is it just a part were playing cause it dont feel like were faking, when were underneath the lights and my hearts no longer broken, just for a moment'

The younger male was trapped in a moment, the words speaking to him, he wasnt faking what he felt with Ava anymore, he had openly admitted to her that he loved her, knowing she wouldnt say the words back, but the guilt of knowing everything before was fake was eating up at him, specially know her knew that Sam knew, it wasnt a secret between them anymore.

The younger male stands up, walking out of the studio, the two older dancers watching him quietly as he walks, standing outside and letting the colder air embrace him, his own thoughts spinning around his head.

As Ava drove to the studio, pulling into the carpark, seeing Perri standing with his back to her by the door, the final parts of the song playing out. 'All i want is a good guy, are my expectations far too high, try my best but what can I say, cause all I have is myself at the end of the day and all I want is for that to be okay..'

Ava shuts the car off, taking a deep breath before she steps out of her car, Perri's eyes following her from a distance, as both of them lock eyes, both standing still, before they meet each halfway, Perri smiling briefly at her, before his eyes land on the floor, the realisation of what he was about to do hitting him, as Ava held the note in her hands, clutching it for dear life like if she didn't touch it, it wouldn't be there, just another figment of her imagination playing tricks on her.

"I-I" Ava starts, but Perri takes her free hand in his, shaking his head. "I need to be honest" He whispers, his eyes meeting hers again. "Is this fake?" Ava questions, as Perri shakes his head. Ava pulling the note out of her pocket as both of their eyes fall on it, the binding contract they had made at the start. "It isn't fake now" He whispers. "When I told you I loved you that day in the ambulance, I meant it" He whispers, as Ava nods her head, her eyes not leaving the note in her hand. Perri takes the note from her, reading over it, smiling at the memory they had when they created this. "I mean it, when I say I love you, I mean it I really mean it" He whispers. "If I didn't, that day when your life changed I could of walked away" He whispers, as Ava snaps her head up, looking at him. "I love you" He whispers, his hand falling on her face, brushing her cheek softly, as their eyes connect like they always did. "I promise, my eye's are only on you" He whispers, as he connects their lips, both of them sharing the moment, the moment where Ava realises she is falling in love with Perri, not remembering that weeks ago she already was, that she fell for Perri way before he fell for her, that this was the reason her accident was caused, because she needed to get away from the fact she loved him and he didn't love her back, but that was a secret she was keeping from Perri, not by choice, but because she didn't remember.

"Now, about this date?" Perri questions, as he moves his lips away from Ava's, placing his forehead on hers, not losing eye contact. "I hope you like fairgrounds" He whispers, as Ava smiles at him, placing her lips on his.
