Saxon's POV

Dinner finished and I went up to my room. Cedric followed me up and we sat in silence for a while before he asked me a question.

"Saxon. You were rather quiet at dinner. What were you thinking about?"

"I've just been thinking about something. I went down to the garden again before dinner and I swear I actually heard someone reply." I answered.

"What did you hear?" Charlie asked.

"I was talking to Lily asking her to watch over Sky. Make sure she came home safe. I said some other stuff and then it felt like someone hugged me and then I heard what sounded like Lily tell me that everything will be alright, and Sky is closer than we all think." I explained.

"I wonder what she meant by that..." Cedric says. "Perhaps we should tell your father."

"Perhaps we should." I replied.

I got up and pulled Cedric with me. We went back downstairs and to my father's office. When we got there, I knocked on the door and we were quickly called in. Father and Dad were both in there when we entered.

"What do you need Saxon?" Dad asked.

"I was down at the garden before dinner. Near the lilies. I was talking to Aunt Lily and when I finished, I thought I heard her answer me." I told him.

"What were you talking about?" Father asked.

"I was asking if she could watch over Sky and make sure she got home safely." I answered.

"And what did Lily say?" Dad asked.

"She said everything would be alright and that Sky is closer than we think." I said.

"Okay. Thanks for telling us Saxon. This helps narrow our search however it means that you and your friends now have a task when you get to school." Father said.

"What's our task?" I asked.

"I would like for you and your friends to search the castle. Top to bottom including the chamber and any other hidden areas you may know of. Try to keep the headmaster from finding out what you are doing, if anywhere is warded let your dad know and we will work out a plan to find out what is beyond the wards." Father replied.

"Okay. I will let the others know on the train." I replied.

"Just be careful with that. Put up some privacy spells to keep people from listening in." Dad said.

"I... Am I allowed to do that or is the train still considered somewhere that underage wizards can't do magic?" I asked.

"Technically you aren't supposed to do magic on the train but really unless you are doing an unforgivable the ministry doesn't track it." Father answered.

"Okay. Than I know just the spell." I replied.

"You still remember then?" Lucius says walking in from the small room of the office.

"Yes, I do Uncle Lucius. I haven't forgotten." I replied.

"Well you two should be off to bed. You have a busy day tomorrow." Dad says.

"Yes Dad. Goodnight." I said.

"Goodnight boys." The men replied.

Cedric and I went back up to my room and got ready for bed.

"Well, this term is going to be interesting." Cedric said.

"yeah. I hope we can accomplish the task my father set." I said.

"Are you kidding. With the twins knowledge of the school it probably wont be that hard." Cedric joked.

"True. Well we will find out tomorrow." I replied.

"Alright. I have one question about tomorrow." Cedric said.

"Ask away." I said.

"How hectic is it going to be tomorrow morning?" He asked.

"With how many of us there are. Probably fairly hectic. It wasn't that bad when I was the only one because it was only me needing to get to the platform. However, with seven of us needing to go to the platform this year... I can only guess how chaotic it is going to be." I replied.

"This sounds like the Weasleys. Except they never need to get all seven of their kids to the platform." Cedric said.

"Yeah, and now they only have two children to worry about. From what I have heard Bill and Charlie want nothing to do with their parents after what Mrs. Weasley did to the twins and Percy. They renounced themselves after Mrs. Weasley sent them each a letter telling them they couldn't contact Percy or the twins anymore." I said.

"Interesting. We should get in contact with them. See if they are willing to help us or your father." Cedric said.

"Yeah but lets go to sleep." I said yawning.

Cedric chuckled. He pulled me onto the bed and pulled the blankets up around us. Cedric kissed my forehead and wrapped his arms around me.
