We said our goodbyes to everyone and we all went our separate ways happily well almost happily, Mike still looked upset and he actually didn't say goodbye to me at all, he totally ignored me the rest of the day even though i could feel him staring at me and Dejuane.Dejuane and i got in his car and took a road trip back to Georgia which was not going to lie fun as hell! We listened to music and ate some food. When we finally arrived at his house we walked into an empty house. There was a note on the refrigerator.
I'm be home soon just went to the store!-MOM
"Guess that gives us time to hang out before you meet my mom."He says smiling.
"Yeah." I say nervous.
My eyes began to flicker colors, I was scared what would happen when his mom sees my powers and finds out her son has powers too!
"Woah baby calm down it's okay you're alright what's wrong?" Dejuane says holding me and walking me to his couch.
"What if this happens in front of your mom? What if she hates me, what if she doesn't accept me because of my powers?! Omg what if she finds out that you have powers too?!" I panicked.
"Calm down Storm it's night since she is not here let's work on them now huh?" He says trying to calm me down.
I nod my head, we practice for a good hour until his mom comes.
"Dejuane! Glad to see you home.Who is this?" She says pointing at me smiling.
"Oh this is my girlfriend she umm came to visit her dad but he wasn't home so i brought her here if that's right." Dejuane says getting up to hug his mom.
"Yeah of course it is if she needs to spend the night she may just make sure you use protection." His mom jokes.
I laugh nervously.
"Ma?! really?" He says rolling his eyes.
She just laughs and goes into the kitchen.
"We are going to my room."Dejuane says, walking over to me, taking my hand.
"Ok i will be making dinner so yeah." Shee answers.
We headed upstairs to his room which was neat. I mean there were clothes here and there but not a mess. Then there was a ring at the front door, his mom answered the door.
"Dejuane,Andre is here." She says.
"Tell him to come up." Dejuane says back.
"You sure?"
"Yea."
The walks into the room dabbing Dejuane up:
