In an instant, Crown Empire used their most powerful methods to reverse the damage caused by the public. Just like a storm passing by, it quickly swept away all the negative comments related to Tiffany.
That same night, within the film and television industry, there was breaking news of a famous movie star getting into a car accident; the media's attention was immediately drawn over.
Tiffany's attention online decreased and she also came down from search rankings. Seeing this, Sunny finally let out a sigh of relief, "You've finally recovered."
Tiffany was standing outside Crown Empire. She lifted her head to look at the top of the building and understood, the person that helped her become reborn was her husband, Taeyeon.
August 19th - that was the day her life was reborn.
As for today, this was the day that her career was reborn.
"From now on, my life belongs to this man. For him, I will continue improving."
Hearing Tiffany mumbling to herself, Sunny felt happy for her. But, she also felt a little sad.
Who was she to improve for?
Tiffany lowered her head and noticed the sad expression on Sunny's face. So she asked gently, "Are you thinking about Sooyoung?"
"..." Sunny did not admit, nor did she deny.
"If you like him, you should tell him. Did you think he would understand your hinting?"
"It sounds easy, but if it doesn't work out, I'm worried it would be too awkward to remain friends," Sunny replied in honesty. "I'm well aware, with my family background, there is no way that Sooyoung's family would be pleased with a woman like myself."
The thing Tiffany hated the most, was when Sunny looked down on herself. It seemed, those that appeared optimistic, were generally weaker on the inside. In front of everyone, they would laugh happily and joke around, but once it hit night and they were all alone, they would find a place to hide and soothe their own wounds.
"Let's go..." Sunny reminded Tiffany.
Tiffany glanced quickly at Sunny before boarding the company van.
Sooyoung was like a block of wood with no sense of awareness. Pretty much, in his mind, the only reason he treated Sunny nicely was simply because Sunny was also nice to him.
"Right now, everyone in Korea knows that you are Sooyoung's fiancee. You already have an advantage, don't waste it."
Sunny glared at Tiffany as she covered her ears. Tiffany's words were like feathers tickling at her heart.
She couldn't let her thoughts wander, it was making her heart a mess...
...
That evening. An unexpected snow fell upon Korea.
Tiffany stood beside the floor-to-ceiling window as she looked out at the snowy landscape. Behind her, the TV was broadcasting news about Tao being taken to the police station for questioning.
