I was playing soccer in my backyard when I saw a girl peeking over the fence. 'Hey!' I said. 'Hello!' she waved 'Are you home alone?' 'Yes, my mom is at work' 'Do you want to chill with me and my brothers?' the girl asked. I nodded 'Yes, cool!' I walked to the fence and tried to climb over, sadly it didn't go well and I felt into the neighbours' pool. While laughing the girl helped me out. 'I'm Rydel' she said. 'I'm Jess.' 'You're new here, aren't you?' she asked while giving me a towel. I dried my hair and sat down 'yes, I just moved from Orlando with my mom.'
Two blonde boys with shades walked out the house into the garden. 'Hey guys, this is Jess, our new neighbour.' Rydel said to the boys. They both walked forward and one said 'she's a way better than that old grumpy grandma who lived there before!' the other smirked and said 'dude I saw her first' and pushed the other into the pool. We all started laughing. 'I'm Ross, nice to meet you.' He kissed my hand gently. The other boy got out of the pool and pushed Ross to the side 'hey' he blushed 'I'm Riker.' They sat down and there was an awkward moment of silence.
The silence got interrupted by some weird tarzan noise and we all looked around, we saw someone on the balcony. He jumped into the pool and a lot of water splashed out, on us. 'Whoops haha sorry' said the boy in the pool 'I'm Rocky by the way!' and he waved. Ross and Riker jumped in the pool too.
'Why did you moved?' Rydel asked. 'My mom could get a better job here in Northridge.' I said 'That's nice!' 'Well... she has to be on her work the whole day, so I barely see her.' 'Aww' Rydel grabbed my hand 'you can always come to us!' 'Thanks' I smiled.
We heard a car arrive and a boy walked into the garden. 'That is my youngest brother Ryland.' Rydel said. Ryland looked at me and winked. 'Ell just arrived, let's go!' he said. 'Who's Ell? And where are you going to?' I asked Rydel. 'Ellington is just a friend, and we're going to have dinner. Want to go with us?' 'Yes! That would be fun!'
We all went to the front side of the house, where Ellington was waiting. 'Guys! You can't get in my car like that!' he yelled to Ross, Riker and Rocky. They just got out of the pool and hadn't had changed yet. 'Why would we even go with the car, we can walk and be there in 5 minutes!' Rydel said. 'Okay, let's walk.' Ryland said. Ellington locked his car and walked up to Rydel and me. 'Wait! I'm not going to walk!' Ross said and he ran back into his house. A few second later he came back on his skateboard. Damn, he looked so hot: shirtless, with shades on his skateboard.
After 5 minutes we arrived at a beach house. We all ordered fish and chips and ate. Rydel and Ellington got up and walked to the beach, holding hands.. That's so cute, "just a friend" she said. I looked around but didn't saw Ross. Neither I saw Rocky, Ryland or Riker. I was tired so I decided I wanted to go home. When I was outside, I saw Riker. 'Hey Riker, I'm pretty tired, I'm going home.' 'Can I walk with you?' Riker asked. 'Yes, sure' I smiled.
He walked all the way next to me, till we reached my front door. 'Thanks for walking with me' I said. 'No problem' Riker smiled. 'Good night Riker.' I said and unlocked my door. 'W-wait' Riker said and he blushed. 'I only know you for a day' he said and grabbed my hands 'but would you like to go on a date with me?'
