As I covered my face, I could hear her chuckle and giggle and I started to think 'Jeez...I already fucked up didn't I?....' I put my beanie back on my head and looked at her blushing before exhaling softly, and tapped her shoulder "Hi there, I'm sorry for how I reacted. I-I'm just a bit shy hahaha...so uhm..I just moved here, my name's Melissa" I smiled at her, looking at her smiling and chuckled softly.

she held out her hand as she brushed her bangs to the side and said "My name is Cynthia Warren it's nice meeting you Mel" she smiled and chuckled softly and went back to looking at the teacher as he went on with his lecture about art and its many techniques, I looked at Cynthia and seeing her pay attention to the teacher, most of the time while I just scribble down the most important things and doodled on my notebook for the class.

I yawned and sighed softly before tapping her shoulder again "Hey, Cynthia do you wanna hang out later?..after school I mean, I'm still pretty new here" I waited for her response and saw her chuckle and nod before smiling and saying "yeah, sure I'll be glad to show you around Mel, I-If I can call you by that" she blushed and chuckled nervously and I smiled at her, hearing the bell ring and looked at her "Know where the Cafeteria is? and are there any clubs you're in?" I asked her and she smiled "I'll lead you to the cafeteria and you should join the arts club, seems like you'll be great at it especially with your doodles" she chuckled as I blushed slightly.

I opened my locker and saw that she was the person who owned the locker right next to me, I waved at her before giggling and asked her "Is there a reason on why you wanted to sit with me?...." I looked at her and blushed slightly, her smile was beautiful..and I could just get lost in those green orbs of hers, they were shining like emeralds, she looked at me and chuckled "I thought you could use a friend..it might not seem like it but I don't have that many friends... admirers sure, but I don't really have friends, she said and chuckled, I looked at her and smiled "I'll gladly be your friend Cynth!" I chuckled and gave her a friendly jab to the shoulder and sighed softly "wanna go to the art room?" she chuckled and grabbed my hand, squeezing it tightly.

I looked at her wide-eyed before blushing and followed her, looking around the corridors and hallways as we walked through them, rushing through, before finally reaching the door to the art club, I gulped loudly feeling my chest tightening and my fist clenching before walking in with her by my side smiling and looked around the room "H-hello" I smiled and saw that the room only had two other people in it, a blonde haired boy with a flannel shirt and jeans, and another boy, he has fluffy brown hair, a blue t-shirt and a pair of shorts. the boy in brown hair stood up and walked up to the two "Oh hey Cynth! who's the new girl?"

He smiled and chuckled, I stood behind Cynthia and waved shyly "I'm Melissa, you can call me Mel" I said shyly, he waved and put his hand out "Name's Austin, and that guy there is Ross. Doesn't really like when people bother him while drawing and stuff" he yawned and stretched, before looking around nudged Ross "Hey Ross, aren't you gonna say hello? to the new kid?" He looked at me and nodded, he seemed a bit busy with something so I probably shouldn't bother him.

Austin looked at me and smiled before shaking my hand and smiled widely before looking around the place and sighed before walking out "Hey, Cynth I'm gonna go grab us a few sodas from the vending machine outside!" He smiled and chuckled before rushing out of the room and left me alone with the other two people, I looked around the room and decided to walk around looking at the props in the works "Hey, you guys make the drama club's props?" I picked up a mask and put it on and chuckled.

Cynthia chuckled and put on another mask "we do! actually hahaha, come on Ross! pick up a mask and we'll take a selfie for the art club's page!" I saw Ross smile and chuckled before saying "Fine..let's do this" he poked his tongue out and we saw Austin walk in with four cans of soda chuckling before looking at us and shouted "Heeeey no fair! you're taking a selfie without me?" Cynthia smiled and chuckled and told him to grab a prop or mask and to join us.

Cynthia chuckled and looked at us before pulling out her phone and opened her camera and chuckled slightly "Say Hella people! this one's for the yearbook and the school's page!" she said, as all four of us smiled and chuckled as she took the the picture and posted it to the school's page as we start to discuss about the props for the school's next play, Austin smiled and walked closer to us

He looked at Cynthia and smiled "Hey, you heard about the band playing later? in that concert tucked away in that old lumberyard" he smiled and scratched the back of his head "It's supposed to be on the DL, but I got info on it and I think we should hang there, all four of us!" he gave a glance to Ross who sighed and said "Yeah, sure..." in a slightly annoyed tone and I laughed before looking at Austin "Wait? I'm invited?" Cynthia and Austin shared a confused look "Hella!" he said as Cynthia chuckled at him before saying "Meet up at the campus parking lot, I'll drive us there" she smiled and walked in the room before pulling me inside with her.
