I sat up, annoyed. Who the heck rings the doorbell at this time of the..

Hold on.

"What time is it?!"

I glanced at the bedside clock. It was 5 in the afternoon. I brought a hand to my mouth as soon as I realized that Beomgyu told me that he'd be coming over today. And what's worse was that.. I JUST WOKE UP!

"HOLY SHIT!"

Ding dong.

"I-IN A MINUTE!"

I dashed to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. Luckily, I took a shower last night before I fell back to sleep so there was no need for me to wash my hair. I frantically searched for a decent shirt in my closet, cursing mentally as the doorbell kept on ringing in the background. I threw in an oversized one over a pair of shorts.

Ding dong.

"Freaking.. Wait..!" I grunted as I tied my hair.

I ran to unlock the door but then, I didn't notice a stray fabric lying on the floor. I stepped on it and slid, tripping down, face first.

Ding dong.

"Damnit!"

I shakily got up and semi-crawled the rest of my way to the entrance. I winced as I twisted the knob and it swung open, hitting me right on the face.

"Fuck.." I hissed, massaging my forehead.

"Y/N?"

Looking up, I saw Beomgyu glancing down at me with a concerned look painted on his face. I quickly got up and dusted myself as if nothing happened. In his hands were a box of pizza and a bag full of chips and..

"GATORADE!" I suddenly blurted out.

Beomgyu chuckled and held it high for me to see clearly.

"I bought them for you!"

I blushed. "Oh, you didn't have to! Come in!"

Beomgyu nodded. I took the stuffs from him and brought them all to the kitchen. Beomgyu took off his shoes and settled them into a nearby shoe rack. I gestured for him to sit on the couch but he insisted on coming with me.

"You told me that we'll be cooking today, right?"

I bit my lip. "I did?"

"Last night." He raised a brow. "Have you forgotten?"

"N-no! I haven't." I lied and marched to the fridge. "In fact, I got everything prepared. Watch this."
