I woke up to my phone ringing. Rubbing my eyes, I looked at the caller.
Jisoo.

My eyes widened and I answered.

"Oh god. Thanks for picking up Lae." Jisoo said. It was clear she was bawling her eyes out.

"What's wrong?" I asked, slightly worried. Why didn't Jisoo just call her own friends?

"My," sniffle, "Ex boyfriend is dead." She cried.

"What?!?" I yelled through the phone. "Why is everyone dying!?"

"He was murdered and found at the park early this morning." It was hard to understand what Jisoo was saying because she was bawling her eyes out.
"And my friends are shit so I had no one to call. So I thought if you."

I was a bit speechless.
"Oh. Well, if you want to come over to my house you can. For comfort. Ara will be here soon and we were planning on going to my brother's friends house."

"Really? Thank you Lae!" Jisoo beamed. I could feel her beam through the phone.

"Yup. See you soon. I'll text you my address." I said before hanging up.

I lay on my bed, staring at the ceiling.
"Her ex is dead." I said to myself using a monotone voice.
Poor her.
I wonder who killed him.

A ghost of a smile found it's way onto my lips.

My door burst open.
Jin.

"Lae, get the fuck up. We're going to Yoongi's place soon."
I nodded, waiting for him to leave my room.
"I don't trust you." He said, eyes narrowed.

"Why? I didn't do anything!" I complained.

"Well explains last night then?" He sneered.

"I haven't been talking to a man and wasn't outside last night. I was resting, I need my beauty sleep."

Jin snorted. "Beauty sleep." He mocked in a childish voice. "You should sleep more then. How long do you sleep? A minute?"

I gritted through my teeth, smiling at him. I had an urge to punch his face, but I held back.

"Get the fuck out so I can get ready."

"Watch your language, bitch." Jin said, a smug look on his face.

"Hypocrite." I muttered, shutting the door in his face.

I pulled on a black hoody and some comfy leggings.
Just as I came down the stairs, the doorbell rang.

I opened the door to see a frustrated Ara and a smiley Jisoo. For someone who just lost a past lover, she definitely seemed happy.

"You didn't tell me anyone else would be here?" Ara pouted.

"Surprise!" I said, giving her a hug to cheer her up. She definitely needed to warm up to Jisoo.

"How are you feeling Jisoo?"

Tears instantly came to her eyes. Oh my. She was trying to hide her pain.

"I- I'm fine."

I opened my arms, offering her a hug.
She gladly accepted it.

Ara stood there, confused.

"We'll tell your later. We need to get going because Jin is going to beat me up if I don't hurry."
