CHRIS EVANS AND BLAIR FORBES ANNOUNCE BIRTH OF BABY BOY

blair forbes is officially a mom of three.

the actress welcomed her third child (and first with husband chris evans), son archer christopher evans, on wednesday at 10:02 a.m.

archer was born in boston, massachusetts, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz. and measured 19½ inches in length.

"we are beyond excited to welcome this handsome baby boy to our family!" forbes tells e!news.

forbes, 28, announced she and evans would be adding to their family in december, sharing a sweet photo of her cradling her bump.

"baby evans coming soon," the star captioned the reveal.

the star opened up to entertainment tonight after her marriage about the potential of adding to her family, saying if it was up to evans, they would "have kids, like, yesterday."

"but for me, i think that having children is about timing, as well. i know that they always say, 'there is no right time to have a child, you know. just have babies,'" forbes said.

"but i think right now that it's maybe a little selfish for me to have a child. i am getting busy," she continued. "i want to be able to do the same as what I have done with asher (12) and addy (12) — really just be a mom for a little bit and have that time to focus on my next child. but, yeah, we want more babies, of course."

"i've been wanting to have kids since before we got married," said evans, 38, adding that he and his wife would like to have "a bunch" of children and noting with a smile, "the time is right. it's always something with her career [and] i'm really busy, too. there's no good time to have a kid."
