The car journey was 3 hours long, but his jeep was very comfy, and we had some candy to keep us fueled. "We're here!" He shouted as he pulled into a Walmart parking lot. "You live at Walmart?" I was so confused. "April Fools!" It was the first of April "Ohhhhhh ahaha" I felt so dumb, but we still got out of the truck and went into Walmart so we could get some snacks and stuff for back at his.
We got to his house, well not really house, it was a bungalow. We hopped out the truck, and while he got the shopping out the trunk, I went and had a look around. The bungalow was small, but open plan. The kitchen was a decent size, and so was the lounge area. It was a 1 bedroom bungalow, along with a quaint bathroom. He walked in with hands full of shopping. "Nice bungalow you got here" I said, wondering where I was gonna sleep. "Yeah, it was relatively cheap, and I decided to make it my own, cuz why not." He started to pack away the food. "So..." I hesitated for a moment "Where am I gonna sleep?" I felt kind of rude for asking, but I was curious. "You sleep in my bedroom, I'll get down on the couch." I felt like that wasn't going to happen after the movie we bought from the store. "I'll head and have a shower, and then cook dinner, as a thank you for everything." Asher replied with, "I'll cook, have a nice relaxing bath." I did as he said.
