Chapter 2: Getting Comfortable

Its been two months since you've moved in with the boys. It feels as if you dont even work for them, as if you're all just a group of friends. You feel especially close with certain ones more than others. Especially Doyoung, which comes as a shock to you because he seemed as if he hated you the first few weeks. But once you two got to spend more time with each other, you both realized how you are both almost the same person. Same taste in humor, music, and it almost seemed as if you two shared a brain which everyone else felt was almost unsettling. You, Doyoung, and Yuta were all closer to each other than the rest of the other boys, you were almost inseparable. As you got used to staying there and being treated like a friend, you also got to go out more and got more time off and made some friends outside of the house. Theres a certain person you've been hanging out with a lot recently and is becoming a romantic interest in your life. His name is Baekhyun.

You two have become quite close in your time here and you decided that since you were going to be here long term, why not pursue in a relationship? You two go on dates a lot and text all through out the day. The only person in the house that you've told about this is Yuta, solely because you know he wont tell anyone even though you didnt ask him to. Its not like you're trying to keep a secret from your friends, you just prefer to keep your own business to yourself sometimes. The boys do continuously make jokes about how other boys in the house have crushes on you since you're the only girl in the house and you just laugh and take it how it is, a joke. But even so, i dont want to hurt any ones feelings with speaking on beakhyun until we're official. Which might be today. Today you and Baekhyun have an eventful date planned for throughout the whole day so you wont be home until later on tonight. You let the boys know that you have plans with a friend and wont be home until tonight. Since this is normal for you on your days off, they dont read much into it. Except Yuta. "Ouuu Y/N has a dateeeee~" he laughs.

You laugh and sarcastically say "How did you knowwww???" Haechan makes a confused face, "who would go out with y/n? gross" he laughs. jungwoo replies with "you said you had a crush on her yesterday" everyone starts laughing but haechan just pauses as if hes trying to remember if he actually said that.

You finish laughing interrupt by saying "anyway im going to get ready now. ill see you before i head out"
everyone says okay and you go to your room. You start to think about what to wear and you realize that Baekhyun picked the events for the date so you have no idea how to dress.

after you got changed you got a text from baekhyun saying he was outside. almost immediately after Lucas knocker on your door and said " your boyfriends outside" you look taken aback at first but then you laughed and responded " im on my way out right now" you texted Baekhyun that you were coming out, turned off the light and went downstairs. All the boys were still in the living room. When you came down the stairs they all looked at you confused. "So you are going on a date huh?" asks Johnny. "what makes you say that?" you replied. Doyoung says " You look prettier than usual" "Yeah. More... Dressy?" says Mark. "Thank you" you say after a short giggle. "Is that your date? wahh his car is so cool" says Ten. "Is he rich too?!" asks Haechan. "I dont know. Maybe? We never really talked about it." you say. "He drives a car like THAT and you never talked about whether he was rich or not? you're so sweet bless you soul." Says ten. "Okayyy, ill see you guys later" you say and with that you walked out the door. As soon as the doors closes behind you all the boys look out the window to watch you leave. Baekhyun gets out the car and open the car door for you. When you get in the car you look in the mirror and see all the boys looking in the window. You quickly text the group chat with all the boys and say " STOP BEING NOSEY" they all look at their phone and close the curtains. Baekhyun gets back in the car and starts to drive. "Are you serious?" he asks. you look at him confused and worried at the same time. "how can you leave the house looking this good and i look like this" he smiles.

You hit his shoulder and laugh. "i dont look that good. plus its almost impossible to look better than you." "Wow you're amazing then. Accomplishing the impossible with no effort. amazing" he says. you laugh in response. "so where are we going?"
