Chapter 23

"Stop," Bloom said as they reach another tunnel.

"Tecna we been going in circles. This is a reason why you can't use gadgets down in these tunnels. You have to know by instinct," she said. She shift her sleeping daughter's weight on her arms.

"Aisha, don't you hear that?" she asked. Aisha gave her a confuse look and she smile suddenly.

"Musa, can you amp it up?" Aisha asked. Musa shrugged. "I could try," she said.

"Try is not an option. Believe in yourself," Bloom said. She began to hum what she is hearing.

"Sky, can you hold Phoenix?" she asked her husband. Sky nodded, and carefully took their daughter into his arms with no fuss. Bloom mouth thank you and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Sound amp!" Musa said, sending sound waves. The sound waves came back.

'La lala la lala lala la la la'

"Follow it." Bloom's voice began to shift into different voices. Her eyes began to glow a sparkling blue, and her body was began to hum with energy to sound of the singing voices.

"This way, we don't have much time," Bloom quickly ran down a tunnel to their left, hearing the singing growing louder. She could hear her friends following her; Sky kept pace with her. Soon they reach a cave where the singing suddenly stop.

"I don't hear anything," Stella said looking around them.

"We're here, aren't we, Bloom?" James asked her. She nodded. She began to walk over to a boulder that was shape like a huge clam.

"Neptune raise the gate to let us pass. Poseidon gather the horses of the sea and give us them so we may ride. Together, raise your tritons to lead and aid us to our destiny," Bloom chanted. While she was chanting, Nabu put the twins in an air bubble. Aisha found seaweeds for the guys to chew on for it can make them breathe underwater.

"Why, don't you give some to the twins?" Roxy asked.

"It is poisonous to newborns and children. They must be of age in order to have any," Aisha answered. Roxy let out an 'oh'.

"You guys ready?" Bloom asked them. They answered, "Yes!" At the same time, a wall began to move to the side revealing an underwater pool. Sea horses, the sizes of pegasuses, were waiting for them.

"These are our rides to the sea caves?" Helia asked. Bloom took Adam out of Stella's arms and held him close to her chest. He whimper slightly but went back to sleep. "Underwater air, bring breaths to these young ones," Bloom whispered as she wave her spell over her son and then her daughter. Both babies were wide awake, their blue eyes sparkling in delight.

"We don't have much time, we need to get moving now. Each couple got one and the sea pegasuses swan downward. While riding them, Musa began to sing a soft tune, making the Winx sigh and hum along.

"Na nana na. Na nanana nana. Oh ohoh. Oh ohohoh ohoh. La lala la. La lalala la," Musa sanged. Bloom nuzzle her face into each of her twins' cheek. They stop suddenly in front of something what appears to be a staircase leading up to the surface.

"We go from here," Stella said which sounded so weak. Brandon put a reassuring smile on his face before he pull her into a hug. Of course, Stella would give him a confuse look before she kiss him squarely on his lips.

"Are you two done, yet, lover-birds?" Riven half-joked and half-asked. Nabu silently chuckle along with a snicker from James.

"Knock it off you guys! We still need to go up," Roxy stated. Everybody nodded and quickly ran up the steps to the surface. The Specialists and Sky pull out their swords (Timmy pull out his blaster gun) while the Winx raise their defenses. Sky took the lead and slowly poke his head out.

"Sire?"

Sky jump and look up to see one of his soldiers.

"It's good to see you! The King of Domino was worry and he was cursing about beheading you if anything happen to his daughter," the soldier explained. Sky smile and dove back underwater to let his friends know it was safe to come out.

Sky help each of his friends out where they were greeted by King Oritel, Queen Mariam, and the soldiers from Earkylon and Domino. Bloom was the last one to be help out. When she came out, her mother burst out crying and ran to her daughter.

"My baby! My baby!" she cried as she hug her daughter, and then gasp.

"Oritel! Come look! We have grandchildren!" she squealed in delight. Ortiel, who was drinking water from his water canteen, ended up choking on it as the water went down the wrong pipe as he heard the word: grandchildren.

"I don't even look a day old nor do I look like a grandfather," King Oritel said, as he made his way to them; giving his daughter a kiss on the cheek and gave Sky a slap on his back.

"Do you want to hold them?" Sky asked his in-laws. Mariam giggle as Bloom handed one of the babies to her and the other to her father.

"You are holding Adam," Sky said to King Oritel, "and you are holding Phoenix," he added to Queen Mariam.

"Reminds me when I first held you, Bloom," King Oritel said softly, as Adam let out a small baby yawn before resuming his sleep.

"Come, why don't we sit down by the fire pit and talk. There's food in the pot. It's not enough but it will have to do," Queen Mariam said, kissing her granddaughter's forehead.
