Well, there are many things I can say about Biana. That includes that she once DYED HER BEAUTIFUL HAIR without my permission... and the time she got stuck in a tree while practicing vanishing (I have MANY more vanishing stories too). I also have some interesting stuffed animal stories and some lovely brother/ sister moments with her and Fitz. But I think the thing that will embarrass her the most is the talk about boys (since thats apparently all that teenage girls care about these days) she had with Sophie that I might've overheard by vanishing...
So this story starts when the girls where still staying at Alluveterre, and I was their only parent/guardian. Sophie and Biana were in their room doing homework from Exillium, and reviewing their 1st week there at the new school.
"Ugh, I still can't believe they made us wear those terrible uniforms," I heard my daughter say. I smiled. What can I say, she has a sense in style. Then I heard something else that caught my attention.
"Yeah, but we're not here to discuss fashion sense. I still need to figure out how to tell your mom and Mr. Forkle about what happened today." I was shocked. What secret was Sophie and my daughter keeping from me?
"Just tell them we met some twins who became our friends and want to join the Black Swan," Biana suggested, "It's not that hard. But then again, you make everything complicated, including your love triangle. Or wait, is it a square?" I smirked. Everyone knew about Sophie's love square, except her!
"Well, you know, Tam is more than a friend to you!" Sophie screamed. I sucked in a breath. I knew this day would someday come... my baby girl had a crush! I felt like dying.
"SHUT UP!" Biana screeched, "And we both know you who you have a crush on." Biana wriggled her eyebrows. Sophie threw a pillow at Biana and a pillow fight started. I caught some interesting snippets of conversation like:
"Well, you're so oblivious you haven't even figured out your love triangle!" (Biana)
"Well, at least I know which boy I like!" (Sophie)
"Do you? And anyway, Dex and Tam are both awesome!" (Biana)I sucked in my breath. Biana had 2 crushes?!
"Mhm, you're just too scared to pick one!" (Sophie)
"WELL SO ARE YOU!" (Biana)
"What do you mean?!" (Sophie)
"Well, what about your window sleepovers with Keeeefffe? Or your cognate training with fitzzz?" (Biana)
"SHUSH!H ow do you know about that? And people are going to hear us!" Oh Sophie, your secrets have already been heard and exposed.
"Your not the only one with secrets" Biana winked. And with that, I headed out of the room, to avoid being pummeled with pillows. Keep in mind I was vanished during all of this, so the girls had no idea I knew anything ;)
