Another six years later.
When I had got on the the plane, that was going to take me to England, it was still dark outside. At home , on the kitchen table, I had left a note for my dad. Well, for the guy who had been pretending to be my dad since I was a kid. About a month ago I had found out that he was not my real father, in fact, he wasn't related to me at all. My so-called father had taken me from my real family and now I was going to visit them, without them knowing.
After almost three hours, the plane landed in England, quickly and easily I got my bag and went out to search for a taxi. After a few turns on the parking lot I found one and after nearly two hours I arrived at my final destination. In a quiet resedential area I would find who I was looking for.
I knocked on the brown wooden door and a woman opened the door. I just got to tell her my name before she pulled me into a long and tight hug. The woman then welcomed me into the house and led me to the kitchen. In there a man, a young man and a young woman, who looked very similar to myself, sat around a table. When the woman, who hade let me in, told them my name, the man got up from his chair and hugged me really tight.
I later learned that the young woman was named Amelie, the young man was named Sean. The other two, who was a couple, was named Kate and Gerry. These four people had been searching after me for nineteen years, as long as I had lived with my so-called father. So these four people were my real family, the family I have been wanting for so long. All I ever wanted was a sister and a mother, and now I had it. Altough it took us ninteen years to find eachother.
Author's note:
Thank you for reading my story! If you didn't understand whose POV this last part was I can tell you that it was Madeleine's. Or, how I think it could end and what she would do or/and think. This was a story that I wrote in school and the original is on Swedish, so I have been translate the whole story to English. Anyways, thanks again for reading and I hope you liked it! If you want to, you could check out my other stories, that I hopefully will publish soon!
