Sometimes it seems that

The kindest people are only

Trying to keep you from

The sadness they feel.

And

The wisest people are

Trying to keep you from

Making their mistakes.

The most loving people

Might only be loving you

So you don't hate yourself,

Just like they do.

This world is so opposite that

If someone says

"I'm fine."

Just give them a hug,

So they feel better,

Just like you do
