Aizawa: right lets talk about teams, First todoroki he's doing well generally speaking but relies too much on brute force and yaoyurozu is an all rounder but lacks the ability to make spur of the moment decisions and apply them therefore I will erase their quirks and take advantage of their weaknesses
Aizawa: moving on we have L/N, well he is incredibly strong and decently smart but apart from that I don't know much about him except he does have a temper when a conversation goes towards his parents I'm sure you all know why
Teachers: yep
Aizawa: all might you seem like you have come into contact with him before and since you are very strong I will leave him to you
All might mind: does he know?!?!?
Aizawa: next midoriya and bakugo: they are from the same school and they are both doing well but they lack communication skills.
All might you like midoriya right so I'm leaving him and bakugo to you
All might: seems like mr Aizawa is starting to pay too much attention
Nezu: and now let's announce the teams that will be fighting the teachers in order
1st match: kirishima and sato vs cementos
2nd match: tsuyu and tokoyami vs ectoplasm
3rd match: iida and ojiro vs powerloader
4th match: yaoyurozu and todoroki vs aizawa
5th match: uraraka and Aoyama vs 13
6th match: kaminari and Ashido vs principal Nezu
7th match: Shoda and jiro vs present mic
8th match: hagakure and shoji vs snipe
9th match: mineta and sero vs midnight
10th match: bakugo and midoriya vs all might
11th match: L/N vs all might
Nezu: to complete the exam you'll have 30 minutes in order to win your objective is to put handcuffs on your teacher
Nezu: or you can win if one of you manage to escape from the combat stage
Kaminari: so we've either got to capture the teacher or walk away it's basically like the combat training
Mina: yeah but is it really okay to just jet
Nezu: yup
Aizawa: it's okay to fight a villain if you think you can beat them but in instances when your outmatched it's smarter to reatreat
Y/N mind: retreat huh RETREATING IS BULLSHIT!!!!!
Aizawa: todoroki, iida, midoriya and L/N I'm sure the four of you understand
Tenya: I won't make that mistake again I will pass the test and prove that I'm a hero
Midoriya: so we fight to win or run to win
All might: that's right running is your only choice to win but luckily the support course made super clever accessories for us
Present mic: BEHOLD ULTRA COMPRESSED WEIGHTS
All might: these babies will add about half our body weight it's not much but they'll eat up our stamina. We also had a contest to come up with these designs and young hatsume ended up winning it
Y/N: Wow, good for hatsume!
Aizawa: let's begin sato, kirishima your up

Aizawa: during the other people's exams you can either watch them or strategise for what you are gonna do

Y/N: hello I don't have anyone to strategise with so it's the only thing I can do
Izuku: well it is a good chance to watch students in combat
Izuku: and besides I don't think kacchan wants to strategise with me
Y/N: hahah he is probably strategising on how he'll beat all might himself
You watched kirishima and sato get trapped in a box of cement but they did show impressive speed and power with their punches but there was a time limit to the exam and there powers so they ended up getting knocked out
Y/N: this is not good for morality speaking of morality I better check on momo she might be doubting herself again that's her only flaw
Ochako: Y/N are you talking about yao-momo you seem to hang out together a lot do you like her
Y/N: phsssshh I don't know what your talking about
Ochako: ssssuuurrree
Y/N: do you like deku
Ochako: uwahwha don't be silly he's cool and all but and I do like him but n-not In that way
Y/N: heheheh
Izuku: I knew it it's no coincidence we have been matched up with who we were even Y/N mr Aizawa is pitting students against teachers they'll have a hard time against to pass we'll have to recognise our weakness and overcome them
