Aizawa: Now, you all have finished last term's final exams and our summer training camp was cut short. Led on by the end of the world's symbol of peace.... Now means new beginnings. Class. In this summer, using the time we still have left, You're all going start focusing on getting provisional hero licenses.
Class: YEAH!! We're gonna be heroes!!
Aizawa: QUIET. You were all originally meant to get these during the training camp, obviously before the villains attacked and we had to enact this dorm housing system. But now Summer classes will be dedicated to training you up for the upcoming exam.
The class listens attentively, I rest my head on the table, listening to Mr Aizawa yap and thinking about my quirk... my ears perk up when Mr Aizawa says something interesting.
Aizawa: And therefore, in order to prepare for the provisional hero licensing exam, today you'll concentrate on creating something new. Now. All of you dress up and head to the indoor training ground. It's time to create some ultimate moves.
Suddenly the door to class 1A swings open and several teachers enter. But the class is already getting pumped.
Kaminari: ULTIMATE MOVES?!
Mina: AN EXAM IS NORMALLY A SCHOOL THING!!
Kirishima and Sero: BUT THIS IS FINALLY TOTAL HERO WORK!!
I grin and look up from my desk, feeling my fighting spirit get riled up. Finally!! Some damn action. It's been ages since I could let loose.
Ectoplasm: When we say Ultimate, we mean a move that will ensure you win against an opponent.
Cementos: Simply put. You must lean into your strength to create something unstoppable, unique.
Midnight: Your moves represent who you are, these days most pros have an ultimate, any who don't are fools.
Aizawa: This may sound abstract but we'll explain some more, now get up and head to gym Gamma.
Everyone enters the gym and almost instantly gets to work on the rocky mountainous terrain Cementos created.
Aizawa: Your quirks advantages and outputs have already increased, during the training camp. We initially desired for you to spend a lot longer working on that however. The remaining time spent here will be based on using your strengthened quirks to aid in creating ultimate moves. Especially now you have a better understanding of your quirks. I'm expecting each of you to go PLUS ULTRA. Understood?
The class all has a fire lit under them, especially after the villain raid. Weakness and losing to villains like that... is not an option any longer. The damage that was done to Kamino, the lives lost, the end of the symbol of piece. Is not an option anymore.
Class: YES SIR!!!
Kaminari: I'M SO CHARGED UP!!
I walk around in my hero gear, glancing to and from my costume. I think intensely.
Y/N: Hmm... maybe something more slick... so I can move easier. Compression gear would look good. And maybe some black and red. After all I won't be using my demon slaying blade against most villains... too much damage. I should focus on quirk output and physical strikes.
I walk around, the teachers not bothering me and leaving me to work independently. I bump into a conflicted looking Midoriya.
Y/N: Deku?! What's up... you having trouble with your ultimate moves?
Midoriya: Y/N!! Yeah, my arms keep getting completely broken... I need to reduce the strain on the ligaments in my arms. But I have no idea what sort of ultimate I can create.
Y/N: Maybe try to get a cool support item... you base your moves on All Might right? Try to asking him? Maybe your admiration for his moves is holding you back from exploring more stuff.
Deku looks down and starts mumbling incoherently, I walk off and keep thinking. My quirk... my quirk... my quirk...
As the days of training pass, our growth continues. Everyone begins testing out cooler and cooler ultimates. While I'm sitting on a ledge of stone, pondering. If I don't start soon, I'll start having problems catching up.
Y/N: I draw out my elemental powers through utilising energy and sometimes amplifying the affect with my surroundings... I can wield fire, water, earth, pure energy, lightning and wind. But I feel like there's more... if I'm drawing out energy I should be able to transfer it into light... or maybe darkness, can I use multiple elements at a time? My modes too... when I circulate my power through my blood across my body, giving me incredible based strength... Hrmm.
I get up from the ledge, flying past my classmates to the top of the pillars. I sit down again.
Y/N: Upper moon sixth... dead... my swords skills are adequate for now... I... now I've gotta work on my skills in combat and be a hero. I'm gonna save people... win by any means and crush my opponents if I have to.
I grip my fist, blowing a bit of a fire spark from them. I look down at my classmates, seeing how they're using their powers. In all honesty it helps some times.
Y/N: watching Todoroki... he seems to manipulate the properties of... individual.... Elements..... his temperature... THATS IT!!
I stand up quickly, activating my water powers and creating a water ball in one hand and a fire ball in the other.
Y/N: applying more energy and morphing it like this....
I channel more power into my hands and the water begins to turn solid, while the orange fire burns brighter and brighter.
Y/N: First temperature adjustment... next... OUTPUT
I target my hands forward, firing out a massive blast of fire, it blows a massive hole in the flank of Training ground Gamma. Then I use my left side to blast out the now ice, creating a massive spiked wall of ice, almost identical to Todoroki's
Y/N: HAHAHA!!! OUTPUT AND TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT, PERFECT!!! If I can maximise the temperature and the output... I'll be unstoppable... like several insane quirks bunched into one.
I move my foot back and wobble a bit, my hands throb and throb. Damn quirk drawbacks... energy drain and muscle fibres getting torn.
I fall on my butt and just realise the massive hole in the wall is still there.
Y/N: Oh... crap...
Aizawa: Y/NNNNN!!!!!
Jiro is nearby and sees my dumbfounded and clueless face.
Jiro: *snicker* P-Pfft... what... fft... what a dummy!!
THANKS GUYS, THATS THE END OF THIS CHAPTER. I DECIDED TO RETHINK Y/N's QUIRK AND GIVE IT A BIT MORE DEPTH WHICH SHOULD HELP LATER IN THE STORY. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS CHAPTER AND I WILL BEGIN TO HOPEFULLY UPDATE MORE REGULARLY.
ALSO I CANT BELIEVE MHA FINALLY ENDED. WHAT ARE Y'ALL THOUGHTS ON THE ENDING?? I NEED TO SEE THAT PRIME ALL MIGHT VS AFO FIGHT!!!
Oh and we're gonna need a new costume. Any suggestions? Comment.
