I tried. I really did.

I tried loving you when I couldn't even love myself.

I tried giving you everything, when I had nothing.

I tried giving you attention, when I didn't pay attention to myself.

I tried to fix your heart, when mine was bleeding.

I tried putting you first, when the first place should've belonged to myself.

I tried to satisfy you, when you weren't worth satisfying.

I tried to find you, and I lost myself.

But I guess I didn't try hard enough, right?
