Personality - Kuro is an intelligent, easily impressed male, He's very knowledgeable since he's always curious since Kuro is always a bookworm, and a bit shy. But he's very observant, loyal and kind. But he can make a whole 180, Kuro can be a happy cheerful, shy male to a whole ass person, confident and really predicting of people's lines. Kuro is kinda cocky, and sorta hotheaded, He's always on the lead. Sure, he can be wrong but shows it in a different way if he's wrong. Kuro is more happy cocky, but he's always asking too many questions.

Backstory -
Kuro never really had a home, he had his Devil Fruit way before he was born. He was destined with it. People feared him, a lot. Kuro never cared, he went all over the Grand Line, and soon New World, and him stumbling upon Sabo, Hack, Koala, who were investigating something.
Kuro shifted into his disater form, he jumps where they can view him, before disappearing without a chase, as both Koala and Hack chased him but Kuro was gone within an instant, before disappearing. Kuro found himself in the Straw Hats's range. Still in disaster form, soon saw one of them. Aka Cyborg Franky,
Kuro jumped onto the Sunny, after the two year timeskip, Kuro stands there staring at him, then disappears before saying something to him.
"You interest, me. Cyborg Franky. I'm no form to me a marine... I'm just a.."
Kuro never finished his sentence before being cut short, as he disappeared, probably weirded him out. Kuro enjoys his walks.
Before finding Koala again, seeing it's her again, helping her out.
Kuro helps out Koala then joins the Revolutionary Army.
