Chapter 3

A week has past after my birthday and about Luna, I never knew what happen to her, and I don't wanna know. Me and Rosalie have been hanging out a lot, I even have sleepovers with her, Bella and Edward have been spending a lot of time together, Bella still makes to be change. But I'm still against, at school it's the same, well it's senior. Students getting ready for graduation, college. I still have to make my essay, and get my recommendation letters in. I had to drive to the city, to get more information about the school. I was asked if I wanted a school tour, my tour guide was a student name Josh Walker, he was about my age, tall with a muscular body, not too pale. He has green eyes, brown hair very attractive.

"Hi, I'm josh your tour guide" he introduces himself. "Hi, I'm Kya Swan" we shook hands.

He took me around the campus, pointing to builds, telling me how classes are like. He showed me the break room, everything I need to know. At the end of the tour we walked though the court yard.

"So what made you want to be a nurse?" He asked me. "Well, I always wanted to be a nurse, and because of the cute scrubs." I chuckle.

"So are you from around here?" I asked, "yea grown up here, you?"

"Forks, small town." I said. "Oh nice, so this is going to sound weird but would you like to get coffee with me?" He asked me, "oh, um, okay." I chuckle, I felt my cheeks get red. Did he really asked me out? We went to a coffee shop, we talked, laughed. It was really fun, he told me his experience at the school and how is was a great school to come.

"I should get going, long drive. Thanks for the coffee and the tour." I thank him. "Yea, no problem. Would you like to go out sometime? If your free?" He asked, "um, sure. Here's my number" I gave him, he smile and nod "thanks, bye kya." He said "bye Josh"

I drove back to forks, i got home pretty late, everyone was asleep, I got a text him josh.

Josh: had fun talking to you kya.

Kya: me too

Josh:wanna go out Friday? Say 6? I'll pick you.

Kya:sure! Sound great. See you then!

I was a bit excited and nervous at the same time. I mean I'm going on a date with a normal person. Who's not a vampire or a werewolf, or someone like me. A normal human being. I was so overwhelmed, I haven't started me essay.

Josh and I have been dating for a while now, Josh meet my dad for the first, it went pretty well until he said he has gun and not afraid to use it. So embarrassing, Bella was uneasy with him but she did her best to be nice. I even told Rosalie about him, she was happy I found someone. I haven't practices my bending for a while, I want to be normal for once, we went on a other date at port angles, I saw Paul with Rachel,

"Kya?" He said walking up to me

Paul, it's good to see you" I hugged him, josh stared at Paul "oh sorry Paul this is my boyfriend josh, josh this is Paul my friend." I introduce them, they shook hands. It was a little awkward. "Well I'll see you later" he wave bye

"So how well do you know him?" He asked me

"A year maybe he's like one of my good friends" I said "why"

"It's just...I don't want you talking to him, that's all" he said, I was a bit surprise " excuse me?" I said

"Kya" he said

"No no, I can talk to him if I want to. He's my friend" I said "I'm your boyfriend." He said. "You can't tell me what to do!" I shout at him, I walked away from him, when he grabbed my wrist hand "Your not talking to him!" He shouts at me while grabbing my wrist "let go of me!" He let's go. We left the place, they whole way there I didn't speak to him.
The way he grabbed my wrist, he was so anger. When we got to my house, I didn't even say bye or kiss him bye. I just slam his car door behind me. I ran to my room, with my water I healed my wrist, after that night I haven't answer any of his calls or texts. I was forces more on school and graduation.
     After school I went home to find josh waiting there, "what are doing here?" I said to him "Kya I'm sorry how I acted" he apologize "how I am sure your telling the truth?" I said "then I wouldn't had drive all the way here" I sigh "ok, your forgiven" I said. "I won't hurt you again" he promised
