Right after agreeing to go on a double date with them, we immediately went to the nearest shopping centre. Of course Jonghun and Eunbi went all by themselves, so I'm gonna be with Chaewon for a while now. While I was drifting away, Chaewon pulled my arm and asked me
"Oppa, isn't that bag beautiful?"
"Which one?" I asked bag
"That one" as she points towards a small brown purse, maybe only going to fit a make-up bag, a phone, and a wallet, nothing more "It's so beautiful, I want it so much" she mumbled
"Well?"
"Well what?" she glances at me with a little bit of pout can be seen
"What are you waiting for? Let's go in" I told her
"A-alright" she hesitated with a nervous face
"Hello there~" the old lady, who is a shopkeeper greets us "Oh my a young couple" she said as she turned her gaze to us from her desk, and I can see Chaewon blushing
"Hello aunty, can I see that bag" Chaewon said softly as she points the brown bag earlier
"Of course my dear~" man this old lady is so nice
"How much is it ma'am?" I whispered to the old lady as Chaewon stares at the bag with sparkly eyes
"How much can you afford young man?" I was shocked by her answer
"I can afford less than $45, ma'am" she told me to come to the counter with her
"How about I offer you.. this much" she gives me a little paper that she wrote something on it, I was shocked when I saw it "No, I can't do that"
"You're declining my offer" she told me "Nobody has ever declined this offer before" as I was shocked "You're a good man, you know what, since you won't take my offer, how about you take it for $10?"
"I'll make it $20"
"Whatever you say little boy" the old lady said with a smile on her face
"Oppa, I like this bag, but my monthly budget doesn't fit the price" she pouts "What should I do? I mean, if I ask Donghae oppa for some money, he'd gladly give it to me, but then he also has his own girlfriend" she keeps pouting "You know what oppa, let's just go" she told me "We're sorry to waste your time aunty" she excused herself, while I just stand near the counter
"I'll take it" I said while taking out $20 from my wallet
"I see you love her so much don't you, ahh~ young love are so beautiful" she teased me
"We've just started a couple days ago, 1 or 2 days ago"
"Don't dissapoint her, she's a keeper" the old lady grabbed my arm and said that seriously
"I won't dissapoint her, thank you for everything ma'am" I exited and she waved at me with a smile, then my phone vibrated, it was Chaewon
"Babe, where are you?" Chaewon asked me
"I'm going to you, wait where are you anyways?" I asked her in a dumbfounded state
"Oh, I'm with Eunbi unnie and Jonghun oppa at the café we saw earlier when we got here"
"Okay, wait for me Chae" I told her
"Will do" she ended the call
I walked around and finally found the café she was talking about, and she saw the paperbag I was holding
