Hyde's POV:
Lichts eyes kinda looked a bit moist as if he shed a few tears already and looked at me in the eye's.
"Hyde... I know I've hurt you alot..but I don't hate you okay? I just want you to know that."
"okay? Why do you usually act like you do though?"
"I.. Hyde... I'm sorry I can't tell you yet...but I'll stop okay?"
"no Licht I need to know why. Now."
"..I- fine...Hyde the thing is at first I actually held a grudge against you for being a vampire but then I got to know you and kinda grew to accept you and care for you, then that turned into stronger feelings and I've been trying to hide it for so long.. I'm not sure if I actually love you yet but.... I want to be with you more.... Okay you dumb rat?"
My face suddenly turned bright red matching his. I was taken aback by what he just said.
He cares about me?...and he thinks he loves me?....
" Licht.. I think I love you too but I'm not sure about it...I'm scared...I don't want to get hurt again if I lose you like I lost her..."
The angel looked at me and then got closer...
"You don't have to worry about that... I won't die so easily and when I do, It will be a happy death that wont hurt you as much."
Our faces got closer together as we both closed our eyes. I could feel the warmth of his breath on my face and it was somewhat comforting. We we're really close and our lips we're about to touch when.....

Licht's phone started ringing and pulled away to answer. I sighed and looked down waiting him to be done with the call then he says something that catches my attention before he hangs up.
"I'm going to skip my concert and theres nothing you can do to make me go so reschedule okay?"
Then he hung up without letting the other person speak and made his way to where I was.. And what happened after was the best minute and fourty seconds I've ever had- he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me closer then started to kiss me- at first it took be by suprise but it didn't take long for me to start kissing him back. The angel pulled away from me after and looked at me putting his hand on my cheek-
" I think I just proved to myself that I do love you...I can't believe I fell for you.."
