Chapter 6

   A/N: Early update for you guys!!!!! Merry Christmas :)

"Come on. Just one song. Please?" He kept on dragging me to the mini stage. Then he pouted his lips. Oh my Ghad!!

"No! I don't want to. I don't know how to sing." I pulled myself back from him. I can't get his grip off of me.

We're here at Jk's house for his victory party. Our class kinda made a surprise for him.

He's been forcing me to sing for like half an hour and he's still not giving up.

"Please! Just give it a try." This guy just won't break.

"Fine!" I finally gave up "Just one song, okay?!!" I said sternly.

"Yes!! Oh sure. Come on." He started dragging me to the mini stage once more. This time I let him be.

He picked a song and handed me the microphone.

When I looked at the screen, it says "Stay with Me by Sam Smith" What the?!!! I can't sing this song!

I gave Jk a "Why-did-you-picked-this-song" look. He just shrugged.

The music started to play. When the intro was done, I started singing

Guess it's true I'm not good at a one night stand

This night never seem to go to plan

I finished the rest of the song. I hung my head down because of embarrassment.

But then everyone clapped. What?!

I looked up to see Jk with a huge smile on his face.

He neared me. "Wow Andge. You have a great voice. Why did you never join contests?"

"I don't really sing in front of many people. Usually I sing in the shower. Fun fact but I never knew that I could sing." I said in amusement like I actually saw a unicorn.

"I have an idea. Why won't you join The Voice Kids?"

"Uhh. I don't know. I think I won't even make through the blind auditions. Or even the auditions for the blind auditions." I said looking at my lap.

We are now sitting on our table.

He held my chin to lift up my face "Hey. Don't say that. You sing good. I'm pretty sure you'll make through the blind auditions. Even the finals maybe." Then he gave me a smile.

I returned it with a weak smile.

Ugh! I'm so tired. That party was a blast.

I am now lying on my soft comfty bed. And it feels nice.

Suddenly, Jk's words pop up in my mind.

Hmmm. Should I join The Voice Kids?

I'm not yet ready for competitions like those. I'm not gonna join.

With that thought wondering in my mind, I didn't noticed that I fell asleep already.

I know it's short but it'll work. I know I said I'll update tomorrow but it's CHRISTMAS!!!! Early update for all of yah!!!!
