Last time on Searching for Nee-chan! Lynn found millions in paper money and called in Kin for help to take it. Now, on with the story!
•Kin P.O.V•
We just got back and I was counting the money. Lynn-nee went out, but not sure where though. "Two million one..." I mumbled out loud.
By the time I finished counting the money Lynn-nee had been out for an hour and a half. I was starting to get worried. I mean what if she was mugged! What if she was shot! Or worse she was kidnapped! Just thinking about it brought tears to my eyes.
Just as I started crying I heard someone at the door. Grabbing a small knife I walked slowly to the door. Lynn's voice came from behind the door. "Oi! Kin-chan you here?"
I dropped the knife and ran into Lynn's arms crying even harder. "Oh my, Kin are you ok? What's wrong? Did something happen when I was gone?" She questioned me worriedly.
After I had calmed down I explained why I was crying and she called me a worry wart with a teasing smirk. I just huffed and turned away, my arms crossed.
Turning back to Lynn I asked where she went. She said that she went to McDonalds raising two bags off the grounds. I flushed rembering my previous actions. She just smirked at my redness.
"So what did you get me?" I asked excitedly bouncing on my heels. Lynn chuckles and says "I got you a happy meal with a sprite." I squeal and reach for my happy meal.
I don't care if it's for kids I like it! Lynn rolls her eyes at my actions and I stick my tongue out at her. I was happily nomming on my burger when Lynn taps my shoulder. I turn to her with my burger hanging out of my mouth and ask her a muffled what.
She chuckles lightly at me and clears her throat "Um..well I got you something..." She then proceeds to hand me a small box. Hehe that sounded fancy... Anyway back to the box. I grab it from her hands and look at her curiously. "What is it?" She just smiles and tells me to open it.
With my burger already forgotton, I tentatively lift the lid and gasp in awe. It was beautiful! Laying in the box was a gorgeous necklace. The chain was a silver cover and the pendant was a dragon. The dragon was curled around a blue marble and its eyes seemed to glow a brilliant blue. The body of the dragon was a midnight black.
"I got it from the house where we found the money. There was also this one..." She paused to bring out another necklace "I guess they were a matching set." She shrugs in a lazy manner while I reach out to grab her necklace. It looked exactly like mine exempt the eyes were crimson red and the marble a little bit darker than its eyes.
I jumped up and hugged Lynn repeating thank you over and over again. She chuckled again, with a light pink to her cheek, and fastens the necklace around my neck. I return the action and hug her again.
Lynn looks at her phone and tsks "Come on Kin-chan it's time for bed." I nod still feeling giddy and skip to our room. Tucking me then herself into bed Lynn whispers "Goodnight Kin-chan." Holding back a yawn I turn towards her and whisper "Night Lynn-chan I love you!" Lynn says I love you too and we both quickly fall asleep.
