My mysterious man

Chapter 3

I told him that I won't get out and to leave me alone . Then he left . Our 15 years of friendship is over . Anger and sadness rushed over me but then I remembered that I have to be strong no matter what . I explained everything to the lady and she told me her name , Athena . It turned out she was going on campus too because she had to visit her daughter , so she had no problem with getting there . When we arrived , I told her goodbye and thanked her . I later learned that , that was Riley's Day mom . After a few hours of crying on my bed , someone knocked . It was my best friend Katie . She lived next door to me and saw me leaving out of Athenas car . When I started explaining everything I burst into tears . Katie told me to not worry and that tomorrow we would go shopping . I nodded and got up and hugged her , she was my moral support , my only one . All night I spent thinking of what had happened . I got a few text messages from Richard but I didn't reply . The next day I woke up , got dressed , brushed my teeth and ate some yogurt for breakfast . Then I knocked on Katie's door , she was dressed and ready to go . Katie had a car so we took hers and let me tell you she is the most craziest driver on earth , she cuts everybody , goes beyond the speed limit which is fun sometimes and plays music so loudly that my ears hurt after that . I checked my wallet to see how much money I had .
"Katie could you turn left because I don't have lots of money so I need to go to the bank " I said .
"Sure I'll wait for you but hurry up " she said with a grin .
"Okay " I replied with a sarcastic tone .
"Don't you show me attitude " said Katie while having her eyes on the road .
"Yes mom" I said laughing .
She parked the car and unlocked the door . I got out quickly and hurried into the bank . I wasn't looking we're I was going and I bumped into someone accidentally .
"I'm so sorry " I looked up and noticed this sexy man .
"It's fine , I don't regret bumping into you " he replied while reaching out his hand to me .
I blushed and got up by the help of his hand .
"Do you mind if I could get your name " he said .
"No I don't mind , Isabell and yours ? " I asked .
"John , do you mind if I could take you out for coffee now ? " he asked with a smile .
"I came with a friend but maybe a another time " I replied .
"Sure , could I get your number ? " John asked .
"Okay " . I tipped in my number .
"I guess I should get going " he said . "Bye "
"Goodbye" I said while staring at him .
I processed what had happened and then remembered that I have to get the money . While walking to the car I realized that I have never seen anybody as handsome as him . He was a god in my eyes . I got back to the car and told Katie what had happened .
