Charlie's pov The last night was crazy! I was in my room sometime around 11:00, Leo broke into my house! He just came and apologized, but he was all beat up and bloody. He said he ran into his bullies. I didn't tell him, but I have a plan to teach those bullies a lesson. Ok, not quite a plan. I'm just gonna head over too his old school when I'm done my school and beat them up. But he actually came too my place at 11:00 just too apologize! I mean it was my problem, but it was sweet anyway. I don't remember it too much, but I do remember cleaning his beautiful face. This morning I woke up with him spread over the whole bed and I was almost on the floor. I got up and changed. Finally I decided to wake Leo up. Leo. I said shaking him gently. Wake up love. His eyes opened and he looked at me strangely. What did you call me? He asked. Leo! I said. I called you Leo! Anyway it's morning! Get up!! Ok Charlieeee. He moaned with his raspy morning voice. We headed down too breakfast after dealing with some confused texts from Vicky. Too our surprise, she was at the table when we got downstairs. Hi boys. She said. We have something exciting to tell you. Yuff? I said with my mouth full of egg. They handed us some sheets of paper.
What the heck?? I said. Leo was staring with his mouth open. Have you even seen this show? Leo squeaked at me in a tiny voice. What are we gonna dooo?? I asked well Karen and I were thinking that you could do that song you wrote? Said Vicky. Ooh... I said. Leo... Do you wanna go talk in my room? Yes you go do that while we clean up. Silently we went up too my room. When I closed the door we spoke at the same time. This is so exciting! I said. Leo however said, I can't do this. We both halted at once and looked at the floor, both feeling that we let each other down. Well? I asked. What will we do? Why don't you do it without me. Suggested Leo. I can't do that! I said aghast. If you're not going too, than neither will I. I said and I ment it. I couldn't do this without Leo. Than I have too! He said. You have all the talent, so there's no reason for me too me there, but if you won't do it otherwise, than I guess I have too. My face lit up. Leoo!! I screamed. We could be famous! Bro. You're only 15 and I'm fucking 13! He said back. That's when I realized that Leo was not too happy about this. You really don't have too if you don't want to Leondre. I will. It's ok. He said, but he looked stressed.

Leondre's pov Well, it looks like I'm in a world wide show now. Wow. I know that they'll love Charlie and probably want me too drop out. But anything for Charlie. We have been practicing for a long time. Soon Christmas will be here. I don't know what too get Charlie though. Eventually I decided to get us bars and melody hoodies. I hope he likes it. I'm so excited for Christmas. We are going to spend it together. I can't wait.
Charlie's pov This year for Christmas, I'm getting a CD made of hopeful and a few other covers we made, professionally made, for Leo. I'm so excited too spend it with him. Maybe I'll even confess. Today Leo is coming over. Usually we chill at my place, just cause it's bigger. When he came I immediately brought him into my room. I had been thinking recently about our little fight and I'm worried that he had cut again. I hadn't thought about it at the time, but ignoring someone that is trying too get your attention and be friendly can be really hurtful** (<-- ignorethat). So when I brought him up too my room, he looked kinda surprised. I have been thinking about out fight. I said too him. Can we not talk about that please? He asked quietly. No, it's important. I said. I want you too answer truthfully. Did you cut when we were angry at each other? Do you want too help your mom with something? He asked lamely. Leo. I looked at him. I need too know. He sighed. Fine, I did a little. He said. If you only did a little, I said, than there would not be scars left. So prove it. N-no. He said. I grabbed his arm and yanked up his sleeve. Ah! He exclaimed. That hurt. He said. I looked up at him, with raised eyebrows. Only a little huh? I said. Charlie- he said. You need too find another way to get your sadness out. I said. But- there's no excuse! I said. Charlie! He said louder. I. DIDN'T. DO. THIS. Good because - wait what? I asked. I didn't do this. He repeated in a quieter voice. Who did. I asked. I- he said. I- Lunch! Yelled my mother from downstairs. Fuck. I thought. Leo had already scampered downstairs. Karen, he said. I really have some schoolwork to finish. Is it alright if I go home after lunch? He asked. Sure hun. She said. Thank you. He ate his food while I glared at him. When I finished I put my dishes in the dishwasher and walked upstairs. I closed my door in time too hear my mom say, you know Leondre, Charlie couldn't take his eyes off you all supper.
