I couldn't believe what just happened and....... what did Rin just say... Does Sasuke like me? , I looked in Sasuke's direction but he was doing everything to avoid any form of eye contact and his cheeks were slightly flushed pink.
Hinata: "Uuhhhmm" I cleared my throat which earned a raised eyebrow from Sasuke.
Hinata: "umm Sasuke?... are you ok?"
Sasuke: "tsk yeah... sorry about that Hyuga, she was just kidding." Sasuke responds seeming to have collected himself.
Hinata: "umm... Sasuke.."
Sasuke: "Hn?" was all he said in response to me
Hinata: " you don't have to call me Hyuga you know... I would much rather have you call me Hinata than just Hyuga". I feel my cheeks flush red and my pulse rising as each word left my lips.
Sasuke: "oh.. umm sure" he replies with a gentle nod.
Narrator's Pov
Hinata: "so should we order something?" Hinata asked Sasuke.
Sasuke just nodded in response before he pulled out his phone and sunk right into it. Hinata takes it as a sign that he wants her to-go order, she elegantly raises her hand and waves at Rin.
Rin approached their table and started to take their order.
Rin: "so what would you like to try from our cafe today," she asked with her note pad in hand.
Hinata: "Ummm... for me can I please get a chai latte and a cinnamon roll and for Sasuke..." Hinata looked over in Sasuke's direction he was starring at his phone screen intensely.
Hinata: "Ummm Sasuke... is everything ok?" Hinata questioned.
Sasuke: "hm... Long black and nothing to eat" is all Sasuke says while he returns back to his screen.
Hinata can't help but feel a little bit bothered over the frown that is slowly appearing on Sasuke's face.
Rin: "ok it won't be too long" Rin smacks Sasuke's head with the note pad as she walked off. Sasuke looked up from his phone and noticed an upset Hinata in front of him.
Sasuke's Pov
Earlier.....
*BzzzzBzzz* *BzzzzBzzzz*
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.
Hinata: "so should we order something?" Hinata spoke in her beautifully calming voice.
I just gave her a nod in response and pulled out my phone, It was Itachi and I couldn't stop my self from frowning..... I must say I'm quite irritated that he would even have the audacity to text me while I am spending time with Hinata.
